That's what is confusing me. I have never suffered menatlly before and have never really experienced anxiety, so it's all a bit of a shock. I suppose your mind is a wonderful thing and you never really know which cogs are turning in the background!
I'm not overthinking when i'm trying to get to sleep. I picutre myself relaxing on a beach and concentrate on listening to my breathe, i just can't get off to sleep. I managed to get to sleep about 4.30am last night, so 3 hours sleep is better than zero i guess.
