Wasn't a great free kick anyway but the fact he thought he and his wall was set up anything close to properly, is embarrassing. I genuinely would have done a better job. Should never play professional football again after that

100% on the keeper. It was embarrassing. No that much pace, nowhere near the corner. Not hyperbole to say that I would have saved that. That wasn't just a bad mistake, it was utter incompetence. The guy is in his late 30's and played for England. Should never play again after that.

Brilliantly taken goal but his all round performance was absolutely terrible. He made 1 decent tackle tracking back in the 2nd half but rest of the game he was either falling over or totally anonymous.

Na, he's doing well. Good to keep the team the same when under the cosh and makes total sense to play your most creative player at left back

That goalkeeping . Not even close to the corner or hit hard

I don't really understand why people think this? I mean, it is fairly logical but it's against the backdrop of how things have been done here. We've often waited too long to sack managers/line up replacements and that's going to be even worse when Martin is a pet fetish of this ownership. They'll cling onto him for as long as they possibly can

Don't know what I'd pick but I think that is totally fair as a choice. Losing a QF to a team multiple divisions below is bad enough, let alone when it was a striker that they picked up through the equivalent of putting an ad on X/Instagram etc. Realise form had also dropped before then but it then became central to it tanking, ultimately leading to relegation and administration

But the irony of Rangers fans saying that is that not only did we know, we knew before them. We were delighted that he went there instead of ending up here

Is he? He's saying that you get a vibe from a place when you've been around for a long time, which is totally fair enough. Sounds like he's saying there was no unifying culture, camaraderie etc which i think we all feel from the outside looking in

Just to be clear, I'm not saying he should have scored or that it's massively concerning for the reasons you've both stated. What I'm pointing out is that this is a huge step up in terms of pressure and he's been let down by the tactics and the management of him. It's just easy to see him thinking that he hasn't scored in 6 (8 including his previous club), the manager has hooked me early a few times/dropped me/I'm not getting any chances etc and him feeling even more pressure

If you haven't been boycotting in some way (giving up a season ticket, cancelling memberships, not buying merch etc, depending on what you can do), and you've only just started now, you're part of the problem. I realise that giving up a season ticket is a much bigger deal than anything else because it's not just about the football, but if half the people who whinge about everything showed the same conviction to hurting KP, things probably would have moved a lot faster and dare I say it, we probably wouldn't have got Russell Martin

Not his fault, but concerning that he's already gone 6 games without a goal at the start of his career here. More crap management from Martin to hook him from games after 55 mins as whilst he's not had loads of minutes without a goal, it now looks like he's started terribly and will likely heap more pressure on him.

Kind of crazy people expected him to be sacked. Not because he shouldn't be (lose 4-0 at home in any league is a red flag, let alone at this level) but more because other managers have survived worse and he's KP's golden child
