No doubt he is a great man manager and comes across as that, I don't mind this style but when we need to change it up we don't and that's what's costing us right now as we look so lack lethargic at times and just keep doing the same thing over and over again. Surely a manager should be able to adapt the system and another forward get more men forward, not we must keep passing as teams like Millwal will happily take that. I think in the Prem it would be different as most teams will attack regardless and that opens up the games a bit more
