Friend, I dont think they spent too much but they spent unwisely. Since the adrian silver fiasco things have been amateur. Then I think top was dazzled by Rodgers (with the rodgers appointed transfer advisors also) and so we wasted money plus allowed players to get to the end of their contracts (... no money for us). Similarly the wages have gotten out of control... eg george Hirst on 30k a week. Finally we have not shifted players but have sent them out on loan (often not covering wages sbd generating no capital for buy) Net net is the club spent too much. Bickering about how quickly we needed to submit accounts was just pushing the inevitable charges down the road. The Thais have given us a great decade... yet their legacy will he judged by how it ends. I think Top may be fed up with jibes from Thailand and southeast Asia... and I worry he has become disengaged. It's never dull is it?

The main point is to all join foxes trust .... then those who want to can discuss at ufs, here on FT or wherever... and so groups can put forward motions or candidates to the foxes trust. Imo the foxes trust incorporation is open and fair, it's just for fans or groups of fans to engage with it . We can have a section herein for discussion of foxestrust business.

Ronnie, what's fascinating is the focus of these rules on the wrong clubs.... the top clubs buy sucess.... and this is a barrier to other clubs. All that was needed was a mechanism to prevent wreckless owners (ref bury)... this could have been addressed by owners lodging a bond to be called in if a club goes into admin... thereby preventing wreckless owners from walking away unscathed

The after match phone in used to be good. I remember Alan young getting a rought time for brown nosing the club. So we have no phone in. I like piper but he isnt tough enough on the failings. Owen never asks a question to address any elephants in the room. overall rl is too deferential to the club to be objective. Why not focus on issues... like for like subs, no chances created, mistakes at the back, poor set pieces, players going missing.... I don't just want it to be negative but these questions are in the mind of fans
