There is a group who believe that nothing will change the club. There is a group who think the trust is against the club and so wont participate. This is rubbish - if we do nothing then the the club wont change - so doing something gives the club the right message. The trust represents all fans and all views - if you think KP are great then say so... you may be in a minority... but is important for such a minority to be counted.

Anthony herlihy is the architect of the FEF which has failed. Never has the gulf between club and fans been to vast. He is the mastermind behind Top's pr that has left Top lookinh naive and foolish. He is way out of his depth. Tops relationship with fans will not improve with herlihy in situ.

This is a good read. It shows how costs have been out of control and Psr has been breached. Yet kevin davies has been promoted from FD to CEO. I am writing to Top. He has to realise that he can not rebuild his relationship with fans while kevin, rudkin and herilhy are in place.

Worse... the clip of Top with fans showed monica believimg that the FEF is the way forward. They are hiding behind the FEF. Anthony has achieved the largest gulf ever... yet top clings to anthony and rudkin. Is he so dumb he cant see they are ruining him?

Well - let's look at his record over the last 5 years... we have the highest wage bill in the championship and yet we are bottom - we have had no money to add to the squad as we have a load of players paid so much we cannot move them on. Top has relied on Rudkin - yet it hasn't worked has it. he has mad Top look like a mug

So... what have we learnt? Or more to the point... what has king power learnt? They cant be happy to have spent so.much and see things go so wrong. Yet there are no signs that they have learnt anything.

I expect most players had a clause to reduce wages when relegated from the prem. Yet to survive we can not rely on kp. So we need to lose sone high earners. If we triggered winks' extension we must sell him at any price

Ww need to reach out to these disaffected folk. They hace to remember how it used to be. They have to say they wabt more from the board.... why is faikure rewarded? Why wont good cabtidates cone to oit ckub? Why is money wasted? Why is the the club so controlling? We should appeal to foll to protest to say they expect better

When he furst came on the scene he was good at coming fir crosses. Yet now he hesitates. Yesterday a ball came across the 6yd box that should be his. Their second goal was a case in point. A ball to the back and their tall guy won it easily. Yet the goalie had come halfway and stopped... so the ball looped over his head and into thefar corner. If he had stayed on his line... he would have saved it easily. Basically he came half way to a ball he was never going to get.

We tried to go faster but this required a rule change that we could not achirve... i am greatful for those who joined the trust and patiently waited for our time to come. Yet it is not over, we still face many petty obstacles.... and we need to guard against those who want to be cozy with the club. To get blue water fans should join the trust (membership is half price plus consessions including young adults and unwaged). We need to pour concrete on the progress we have made.

I guess the club in administration would cause kp to write off the loans (i expect they are worthlrss anyway). Buy if i were kp i woukd find a buyer rather than seek admin. That way they can sell the ground and seagrave to bring in much needed cash

My poor grasp is that the psr calcs include defined income lines and defined cost lines. So, not having big tv income might have an amplified effect and vice versa. I think someone needs to do the psr calcs based on the public accounts

The club is worth what it can afford to service. Given its lack of earnings that aint much. But king power will not want to keep pumping money in... so there is a compromise. I think the kp bought the stadium for 20m and it will be less on their balance sheet by now. Lord knows wgat seagrave is on theur assets for. But kp need cash and so gettibg rud of a cash burning ckub abd getting cash for asstets might be attractive. I think a deal to take the club at a low price but offeing nook vakue fir assets would appeal to kp. This hinges on what it costs to run the club and lease back the assets.
