looks like the organisation around the protest is about as bad as the organisation in the club maybe its just a Leicester thing Keeping it hush up until a few hours before just means you wont drum up the interest of fans wanting to protest. It will end up being about 50 strong which will have no impact p.s. are you not allowed to peaceful protest anymore? why would the police get involved? Hospitality prices v other premier league clubs are a joke, we have got hospitality tickets for Villa park where similar with the food pre match, you get a gift and two drinks tokens, half time tea/coffee/cake and works out about £200pp, BUT you get CL home games thrown in there as well as all league cup and fa cup home games for free. So around 10-15 extra games a season potentially. Another reason this club is an absolute joke

this is true, different country different rules

cutting calories can work and especially short term (6 months or less) as it is literally science - it doesn't work long term. You will plateau and the likes of metabolic adaptation take place. Back in cavemen times when you were starving your body would slow you metabolism down and try it's hardest so hang onto fat as it didn't know when the next meal was coming - it doesn't know we have a shop selling food on every corner now. generally eat well (whole foods) and move about and you will see results. When you do plateau eat at maintenance calories for a week every now an again as that can help you literally cannot spot reduce to get rid of fat in certain areas either you can also be skinny and have a large percentage of visceral fat (fat around your organs) which can have long term consequences. If you eat loads of junk food but are skinny/slim and don't feel like it is a concern just bare that in mind. You can get this measured if you speak to your GP

i go probably 4-5 times a year and will occasionally get a bad one, they do really well i think always pretty full on Fridays/Saturdays - helps they keep it simple and prices aren't silly v other places. Always double up with loaded fries

Yep since the takeover the Sunday roasts are the best in the area in my opinion, went to blacksmiths arms a few weeks ago and not impressed at all (had really good meal there previously) al the food was under seasoned and really lacked flavour.
