I’m stuck in two minds. I haven’t been to a home game in a while out of choice. I decided my best way to protest was to stop spending money. Part of me wants to go again and voice my anger - but looking at most of the crowd sat there mute I think it’s a waste of time. I lose most of my Saturday travelling and spend a shed load for the pleasure. Part of my thinks I can’t complain if I’m not there, but the top to bottom mismanagement has gone too far now and I’m not spending another penny until there is a fundamental change (and I don’t mean results).

Desperate to get them in at HT only 1 down so Marti can deliver one of his effective team talks…

Newly promoted, 23rd in the league and totally comfortable away from home. It’s unforgivable.

When you think of all the games this season we’ve had a player on an early yellow card, it’s pretty ridiculous not one of the three blatant fouls so far from Oxford haven’t been punished.

My view is that the original filing was a mistake which they corrected. When the rules came in lots of companies messed up these filings. I won’t bore you with the rules, but a foreign company cannot be a ‘registrable legal entity’ unless it’s listed on a stock exchange (which is the test for working out if a corporate entity is a PSC you have to mention). As KP isn’t a listed company, it’s private, it should never have been filed on the PSC register. The club obviously realised that you need to look through the corporate structure and identify the ultimate controller - Top - and name him instead. Top must control KP. They probably spoke to a corporate lawyer or corporate secretary and realised their mistake…. Lots of companies did the same a year or two after the original error. The latest confirmation statement is currently overdue, but that will clear it up when they finally file it.

Out of interest what is it that makes people think the ownership moved from KP to Top? Companies House filings seems pretty vanilla and point to KP. Unless of course the point is the Top controls KP which itself owns the club - but that would be a change in KP ownership generally not the club specifically.

I posted something similar about my experience at Millwall away the other week. It’s been quite stark in the away games I’ve been to this season how loud certain groups of people are with their racism and non football related political chants. A sign of the times I guess that its found its way back to the terraces. Even just comparing back to Preston away when we won the championship - just endless chants about the football and making a great party atmosphere - people enjoying the night out. World’s apart and I don’t think you can just blame it on the fact we’re sh1te on the pitch - it’s the individuals.

Anyone who defends the club, board, ownership, manager or players at this point are part of the problem. We're a dead end club and something HAS to change.
