  1. England failing abjectly to play the situation here. Should expect nothing less this tournament.
  2. What's Bairstow thinking telling him to go for it?
  3. If you truly love trip hop then you consider Frozen by Madonna an anthem of the genre.
  4. Not the worst start from Straya here...
  5. Must-win for Bochum against Mainz tonight. On Sky Football if you have it.
  6. Feel sorry for the LCCL batters who have to play Lutterworth when Chris Rushworth makes his token appearance for them.
  7. Only stayed for one more sadly, went for their Rees' peanut butter stout. Reckon (and l say this confidently despite having only met him briefly once irl outside Mosh about 12 years ago) it's one that @Miquel The Work Geordiewould have enjoyed.
  8. There's a lad we signed from Portugal He's magical Ricardoooooo Running down the wing in Royal Blue Scores belters too Ricardoooooo
  9. Just sat in the Shiny Taproom enjoying a 4Wood best bitter. It's only 40 minutes-odd to walk from my house but hadn't made it before. Missus away and a few days off between jobs seemed the perfect excuse to finally make the trip. Nice place and surprised how busy it is.
  10. Abba Fernando one got its first airing for a while on Tuesday.
  11. Currently sipping a Thormbridge Brother Rabbit. They never miss, do they?
  12. The word I was thinking of when it happened definitely started with those last two letters.
  13. That's a joke, right? Why would you leave early to walk past an away end when you could easily be picked off on your own, rather than wait till literally thousands of people are streaming past just a few minutes later.
  14. Made me laugh when we had that free kick just outside the box that many thought was a penalty. Most remained stood for the free kick because they'd got up to give the ref abuse, but then immediately sat down when we won a corner from that free kick.
  15. Spontaneous songs get sung in SK1 too, which didn't feel very "dead" at all last night. If you need a good away end to bring decent home support then you're going to be disappointed 90% of the time in this division.
  16. Hate to break it to you, but if we were just going to have "a load of people singing" then that would have happened by now too. 1. People need to accept getting organised is the only way to go in a day and age where fans who want to actively support their clubs are up against it with the way football has gone. 2. It's fun. Give me bouncing, scarf-swinging, flag-waving every day of the week over standing, arms folded, looking moody for the sake of it. 3. The "most never even going to Filbert Street" thing - you can't seriously blame younger lads (I'm not in that bracket, by the way, and am old and lucky enough to remember Filbo well) who want something more out of their matchday for being born after we moved. They wouldn't have to try and "recreate" anything if the generations before them hadn't failed so badly at trying to carry on that "culture or history" in the first place. 4. Doubt there's anyone in the ground who sing more traditional Leicester chants every game than the lads who do "the ultra stuff". The irony is that if the amount of blokes who moaned about this kind of stuff had got organised themselves at any point over the past 20 years then they'd be the biggest mob in the ground and could do whatever they wanted.
  17. Guess it's hard to judge when you're right in the thick of it. About the best this season for me.
  18. I thought it was great in SK1 tonight. Moan on here or move there and be part of the solution. Your call...
  19. Was going to post about how much East Midlands Railways' wifi signal has improved, but then it cut out just north of Sileby.
  20. Yeah, bet Yorkshire were delighted to see him trash their biggest annual money-spinning fixture.
  21. Love how that's their equivalent of Jim Donnelly posting that.
  22. Genius. Keep playing the format no-one else plays. That'll help our international prospects!
  23. Followed no doubt by the standard reply: "Rivalry aside, class gesture from a [Team X] fan."
  24. Any recommendations for decent pubs between Loughborough and Leicester that do food too - nothing too fine-diney.
