How many PR disasters have they had in the last couple of seasons? They don't care. If anything every embarrassing episode for them just causes the drawbridge to be pulled up further.

All ad hoc meeting requests are largely ignored, everything is required to be put in the "fan engagement framework" to be discussed at the scheduled meetings. Allows the club to control the agendas of those meetings, control the conversations and gloss over stuff they don't want to speak about.

The notes put out by the club "documenting" the FCC and FAB meetings are a disgrace. Total propaganda.
