UFS don't have admin costs per se as everything is done on a voluntary basis. So the £15 price covers the production and delivery of the two scarves, plus the import fees and taxes we now pay post Brexit. Delivery cost to get the scarf to the buyer is on top because the prices via Royal Mail have shot up and there's no margin to absorb that cost anymore. Nothing is added to that price for the time to design the item itself, do the legwork to speak to the supplier, package and post them out, or to physically deliver the final article to the charities. If there's any "profit" at the end of that (I don't know if there is because I'm not involved in merch, and I would suspect it would literally be pennies per order), that would go to the tifo fund.

I think you're overestimating the input "the owner" has. The safety officer at LCFC is doing this to get the SGSA off his back. I don't disagree personally that the Trust's wording is quite assumptive at this point but to suggest they'll cancel the whole thing and risk having their safety licence withdrawn (meaning no fans in the ground at all) is ludicrous

You think the club will pause the whole thing (that they're only doing because the SGSA are on their back and threatening their licence), because the trust put an article on their website?
