Bits in the first half last night were good, whilst we rode our luck for sure there was a couple of breaks where with a half decent ball we might have even scored another. If we lose Vs mancs we'll only be 1pt better off then we were are this stage in the great escape season, and it's looking more and more likely we'll be needing great escape pt2 this year. Just hope we have a go and put the effort in Vs Mancs, start the game on the front foot for once and if we can take the lead, we may just be able to win this one. If we concede first and especially if it's early, I'd say it's gonna be another 3 or 4 goal defeat. Mind you I thought JJ wasn't too bad last night, thought Kris was worse. So clearly I know nothing about football.

I'd think RUDK1N is available, it's remarkably like RUUD1N. If you have two cars, get then both.

Sorry my bad, must have been the few games or whatever the season before that then. But we knew he not good enough at this level, we were worried even in the championship no?
-
Really tough one to call, obviously ward has to be dropped, surely? The defence is a mess right now, literally you could drop them in their entirety they've been so bad. I'm beginning to think Kris is very much in the mold of Justin, we actually look as bad that side now as the other! Coady is struggling at this level, but at least less brain farts as some, like vester who is looking every bit the defender that got us relegated in 22-23. JJ obviously woefully out of form, but Choudhury is not a replacement, in my opinion. If okoli is fit play him, just for his youthful energy if nothing else. Then coad or fes alongside. I'd even be tempted to play Thomas at lb over Kris at the moment. May as well mix it up totally at the back, 7 in 2 is not good enough.

By all accounts Danny Ward is a great bloke, so on that front he has my total respect. Mads is elite as we're in a elite competition. There is no excuse in having league one or two standard backup though. Just make the sensible call and don't play him in a Leicester shirt again. If he stays and gets his money, fair enough. But don't ever play him again

What a T**T sums up why we're stuck with the likes of ward. Defending the indefensible

Funny that topics are being locked just because people are being critical of the club. Who do the forum admin think they are? Remember the millions who died for the right to speak freely against those in control! You go against that right. It's clear to all our football club (the supporters are the true custodian, not the owners) is in total disarray! Let the people speak for god's sake!! You do know we won't be silenced, right? What they got today is a taster, of what's to come if it carries on like this. I'd love to hear something from our illustrious owners, on how they plan to right this mess.

Wolves 0-3 H Post Match Thread
squidsworth replied to urban.spaceman's topic in Leicester City Forum
There simply is no going back from this without serious change. The old guard is done. Whether it's the owners, directors, players or whoever. We need to start afresh as the supporters no longer have any faith in anyone at this joke of a football club. -

Exactly this. One of the most inept performances from a Leicester team I've ever seen. There are others, but given the opposition and the expectancy of this game, this must be up there as one of the most humiliating performances in modern times. I've never seen people leave in droves at half time like they did today. Gutless, spineless, effortless. Right from the kick off, they just didn't even try. Hate every one of them, especially as it's Christmas!! -
I hate to say this, but could vardy be the problem? Maybe it's time for real change? That was gutless, the manager should be in charge, not a player.
-
Utter amateurs, a total disgrace. Deserve to play in a empty stadium I hope no-one stayed to the end. Something is seriously amiss at our football club.

Gonna be interesting this one, Ruud boys first away day. Be interesting how he will play it. Hopefully just go at it from the off, Newcastle are fragile right now and I think if we are going to win it, it'll be by hitting them early. Not sitting back, trying to play it safe, and waiting to concede first (aka cooper ball).

The same as us in bodgers last season, it went down.
-
Thanks I'll have a look.
-
When was the last time you seen 32k people leaving the cinema at the same time? Probably not the best example.
-
Where do you park, would be good to know. Thanks

It's basically a bunch of children on here who think the world revolves around football. It doesn't. Some people might, as I've said before, have families to get back to, trains and buses to get on where leaving a few mins early might make a big difference in terms of getting back home. It'd be great if it wasn't like that, maybe the fact Leicester roads are utter shit contributes to those needs. Though I suspect most of those banging on about this, are likely able to walk home in their own time at their own pleasure.

Boon-a-not-eh wasn't that great on Tuesday to be fair, so not a bad time for him to have a rest. Hopefully he'll come back raring to go post Sunday Just stick monga up there somewhere, he'll give us the same level of energy at least.

Safe Standing at the King Power Stadium
squidsworth replied to Foxes_Trust's topic in Leicester City Forum
All sounds sensible to me, make the whole sk area standing. Best if L1 then moves in, but there is the argument a standing area near away fans is also required. I think as long as it's clear what you are buying (standing/sitting) and are happy to adhere to sitting in seated seats, it's all fair enough. What you want to avoid is a sense of entitlement cos say one stand/area is standing that those in seats in the same stand also end up standing. For that reason I'd favour the whole sk standing then it's pretty clear, and provides the capacity needed. If necessary, why not move the away fans next to sk. That's the best solution, and how things used to be. -
Maybe but they do have screens in concourse so can see the game still and get in early for a beer or food considering you'll be lucky to get anything if going down after 40 mins. Obviously beer needs consuming as well, and people need to get their smoke in. So that'll explain people going before half time. Full time, people have longer journeys that may involve public transport, and or want to miss traffic etc. So that is probably main driver for people leaving before full time.

Played them on fc25 last night, won 7-0 with Édouard coming on for the last 20 scoring 4... You heard it here first.

Brentford (A) Saturday 3pm - Match Thread
squidsworth replied to tcrofts's topic in Leicester City Forum
Why the feck are the same 11 on the pitch? 2 goals behind and a team setup to 'defend' and making a complete pigs ear of it. Just have a go FFS. We're gonna lose by 4 or 5 if we continue on like this. Make some bloody changes!! -
Mancini to return... or RVN
-
At last, the right move I'm sure.
-
That sounds like tactics at fault. I think what happened in that moment is pretty common, some you win some you don't. The rest of the team have plenty of time to react, if I remember he's lost possession quite close to the opposition penalty area, not the middle of the park or our own penalty area. What I do agree with is it's the whole defensive setup that's not good enough, at this level. We seem to have a choice of keep it tight but make individual errors and concede, or have a go and leave to much space and concede. And now we are struggling for goals too. It really isn't good at the moment. It's either the team just isn't good enough, or coopers tactics.
