Wouldn't suprise me if spying goes on up and down the country, just Southampton got caught out. To me it doesn't rate as the most serious crime of all time for sure, so from that perspective, it does seem a very harsh punishment. What happens if someone is caught when nothing is at stake? Like half way through the season. Immediate expulsion/relegation, £100 million fine, 30 point penalty? It's just another example of a club caught breaking rules, but there are rules being broken that have far more impact than this. And some getting away without any punishment whatsoever. May as well say any rule break from now on, is instant expulsion and relegation.

It's safe to say I'm not a fan of his, far too negative always trying to avoid defeat when what was needed were wins. The last 6 or 7 we should have gone pretty much all out attack and just focused on that side of the game, regardless of the risk we'd be more 'open'. Even if it didn't work, at least we could have said we tried. Instead, we kinda petered out like the last dribble of a wet fart. Also, I think he will now have the honour of being the worst manager in our history in terms of win percentage, for any manager to have managed 10 or more games. Even if we win the last. So that'll look good on his record. At least he had a nice holiday whilst here. All in all, it was another masterclass appointment from the hierarchy. They, once again, are to blame.

It was about as bad it gets, quality wise. I was also amazed Millwall are so close to the prem, on that showing. Zero entertainment, dire football. This is what it's become. God holy knows what comes next, in League 1. But football has shot it in this country, thanks to PSR, that keeps the big clubs big. You can't even call it top 6 anymore, maybe a club of 4. They can just feck right off. So can KP., and all the cretins that have murdered the game we once knew. They can take the happy clappers with them.
-
Yeah that really annoyed crap out of me.

I had no choice but to stay to 92 mins as the bus wasn't until 10.40. Normally I'd be gone between half time and 80 mins this season, as it's just so so bad. Still, when I got the evils for ironically clapping the happy clappers, I made a point of observing them the rest of the game and noticed the younger chap barely lifted his eyes from his phone the entire time. Loyal supporters! Yeah right.
-
I know I was sat there. ;-) is estimate 18k though. On the plus side I got to put my feet up and managed to give some happy clappers the 'stare'
-
The attendance, nearly 29k lol. Try 18. So probably 11k that purchased tickets or season ticket holders, haven't turned up?

This is insidious, that garbage is the best they can serve last home game after relegation? What has Rowena told them, keep it tight and play for 0-0? The least they could do is have a go. And why the feck is winks still playing? Rowena is as complicit in our downfall as the rest of them. He can go right feck off. C**t

LCFC 2-2 Hull, post-match thread

Yeah we get treated to 45 mins half decent football after half a year of cack, and KPFC literally lapping it up in joy. Well played boys. Hope you enjoy L1 and even less fans there than tonight, and a journey into L2 or complete oblivion. -
Alright, I'm in the camp there is something dodgy going on. That give away goal, maybe it is something to do with gambling and match fixing. Everything about that goal... Something not right
-
Surely they have to bin categorising games? There is barely a single team in the third tier you could say is worth more than another. So should be one price all season long, probably much simplified. IE £20-25 for majority and £30-35 for the better central areas. The truth is, they should have simplified and reduced prices for season tickets too.

The worst season in our history
squidsworth replied to when_you're_smiling's topic in Leicester City Forum
I hope this post is in jest, 4 PTS (6 in today's league) from three games is considerably better than Rowena's girls. -
PS I hope Gary is gone, we should finish the season without a manager now. The players can sort it themselves.

Marti did get better results, however bad the football was at times. But tbh, we're just absolutely honking since he's gone. No intent to win games, dire subs, no use of youth, relying on epic fail players time and time again. We only look like conceding 1 or 2, but we look like scoring 1 or nothing. We've a fecking Muppet in charge now with a totally negative, repeat and rinse approach, with the same outcome every game, 1 point or none. Marti would have us above where we are now, for sure.
-
Well if Blackburn don't beat Coventry on Friday, then 4 wins for us will guarantee we finish above them. I'd go as far to say it'll probably be enough to finish above Oxford too, and possibly West Brom. But could we win the next 4? Not a scooby doo. We could have won the last 3 if we wanted, and didn't manage to win a single one of them. If by some miracle we've won the next two, I'm happy to revisit this conversation. But I can't see anything but a honking loss on Saturday, 3-0 to the Pompey. Quite likely we're relegated by 10pm Tuesday.

I'm talking hypothetically, but if the club goes into administration, which sounds potentially possible if (when) we go down, can season tickets be cancelled/revoked? Just saying like, maybe it's a risk people should consider before giving money up front? Maybe pay by credit card, is the safest option, I guess DD you'd also be safe? Or at least not lose much, if you want to sign up to another season of misery. ;-)

LCFC 0-1 Swansea, post-match thread
squidsworth replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
Any decent footballer (nevermind professional) doesn't setup the opposition on a counter from an attacking free kick on the edge of the box. Utterly incompetent, amateur crap. I'm still raging we lose a game of football because of that. One we had to win, that mess is literally the final nail in the coffin. -
One thing for sure, point wise rowett is getting less points than anyone. And today was as bad a performance as we've had all season. We lost to a team that wasn't even bothered about winning.
-
Maybe because we concede following our free kick at the edge of the Swansea box? Have you ever seen a championship team do that, aside from us? Maybe also because we only create one or two minor chances the second half? That's why we lost that. Swansea basically controlled the second half, and we did nothing and made a huge mistake. Though I do admit, we managed a bit of possession passing sideways and backwards.

I could be wrong but it really looks like our objective is to go down. Why who knows, maybe we made a pact with the EFL or something to cover something up. -

Says it all when I got called out by a 'fan' for shouting you're all f'ing winkers to the team as I left. That sort of fan and the team, management, hierarchy deserve everything that's coming to them. It was a unforgivable, heinous performance in every way. From now on in, it should be a barrage of hate coming from the stands, we are down. -
LT long throws epitomises everything that's wrong, never works, and often puts us on the back foot with our players high up the pitch. Yet we rinse and repeat the failed tactic time and time again. You can say the same of our corner takers, nearly always useless and more likely to set up the opposition on a counter than result in anything positive for us. And it never changes. I'm sure we're the only team in all 4 leagues where our corners are actually a benefit to the opposition!

Such a weird game, but we lost it when we lost all intensity after going 1-0 up and relaxing. We really need to learn that's when we have to turn it up a notch but we just don't, we lose initiative and end up fecking it all up. TBF we battered them second half and we should have won in the end. Both our goals though, we're from Preston errors, not good play of our own. But daka finished well both times. Can't see anything though that suggests we are getting out of this mess, anything but a convincing win on Monday and the final nail has been banged in, in my opinion.
