  1. I'd say any supporter banned that has genuine reason to question it, try and get together with other supporters in the same situation and as a group start lobbying the club and local MPs etc. It cannot be right that people are banned for holding an opinion that isn't inline with the clubs, or were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. Obviously if you were actively involved in some activity that was illegal or known to be against club rules, which are clearly stated in the home areas, it is different. You have to accept the punishment. Voicing an opinion and questioning the establishment in the right ways, certainly isn't a reason though. I'm not sure anyone has come forward to state this is the reason they were banned? PS will be interesting to see how things go after today.
  2. It's all utter nonsense when it's behind closed doors and subject to gagging orders. If it can't be said publicly it isn't worth saying at all. Ignore this nonsense and continue on with having your voices heard, in public. Protests are the only way real change can occur.
  3. Sadly this is true but the club and the public deserve an explanation else one can only come to the conclusion it was indeed rigged. Whether that's a pay off or just a desire to do damage to lcfc, or get their beloved man ure into the next round, who knows. But in the absence of any other explanation, that's all that fly's. It's upto all of us to not let it be forgotten... I still haven't seen any explanation offered. The club at the very least should be looking for answers.
  4. Just sent this to [email protected] no idea if it's the right address but it has complaints in it _______ Dear FA Having observed the Manchester United Vs Leicester City fa cup game on 7th February, I would like to enquire whether the cup competition is infact rigged or suffers from corruption. As the FA cup is your competition, its reasonable to expect it to be officiated by competent and fair officials. However, in this instance, the second goal scored by Manchester United was undisputedely offside, with no possible explanation as to why the linesman didn't flag as he had a clear line of sight from a static free kick. It could also be said the free kick was questionable in the first place, but at least this could be argued for and against. Therefore I'd like to complain about the result and raise the possibility that infact the linesman was corrupted or was biased and wanted to see Manchester United through, or possibly he was acting on another person's or organisations wishes. At the very least this affair is extremely damaging for a competition as prestigious as the FA cup and I, along with a large audience who watched it unfold on National TV, at least deserve an explanation as to what has happened in this case and how the decision came about. I look forward to your response. My next port of call will be my local MP if you aren't able to respond or put my mind at rest that this matter is indeed being investigated.
  5. Can't believe people think that is just woeful or a mistake. Literally the image captures the ref, the players the kick being taken and shows indisputable evidence numerous players including the goal scorer Maguire to be clearly offside. So what was the reason the linesman didn't give it? This maybe he thought VAR was in use is BS. He's a professional official ffs. We need to know why this happened, it can only be corruption or a desire to see man u through or Leicester out. It shouldn't be like that in this day and age. We should all be asking our club and the FA to pursue this until it's resolved.
  6. You're over thinking it. It wasn't a goal. It was no one's fault. It was offside. By a mile. The officials were corrupt. End of. No other explanation or analysis required. If it wasn't corruption, I'm waiting to hear from them to explain it. Literally one of the worst decisions ever in football, on national TV. They've been exposed.
  7. Looks like he has a worm under his skin bang in the middle of his forehead, so it's a no from me. Don't wanna start any conspiracies, but I reckon he's AI.
  8. Just shows the spineless c*NTS we are, from the ownership to the players to the management and all in-between, we are dross at every level. They don't care as they will all be picking up their huge payments, however low we can sink. It all starts at the top though, no pun intended. Until that changes, nothing changes.
  9. My guess is Mads back on Tuesday, or never coming back. ;-)
  10. Thankfully it looks like Casadei is off to Lazio. I'd rather see Hamza back then him. At least Hamza would run a bit and put in a challenge. Casadei just oozed CBA when playing for us. Not the sort of player we need at all. Would just be another pay check for little in return kind of player.
  11. Insane prices took one look and thought no thanks. Went up there for the league cup and I'm not bothered about returning, even if it was £30. Fair play trust shouting this one out though.
  12. Are they all key players? Riccy ain't been involved for ages, when he did play this season he was not great. Fats is not proven at this level, again only shown flashes when he was playing. Ndidi I'm pretty sure he wasn't getting glowing reports when he was playing. Herm is obviously a big miss. But the others, may not be any better than we have. Just more options. My point, we may have not been that much better off, it's not like we're missing 4 cole palmers. Though I do think if herm was available, we may have scraped a result here and there.
  13. My only enjoyment comes from a pint or two (or three) and a sausage roll, that's literally the highlight of my day at the footy. Gone are the days of extracting anything else out of it. So I'll not be giving up those small pleasures any time soon..... Sad as it is.
  14. The bookies have us more like 10-15% chance of survival, most around the 10% mark. They are normally good indication. They're saying we're almost as good as down.
  15. I resold one early on in the season, and some last year, no problem at all. I do sit in the cheap seats and right next to the stairway, so it's probably got something going for it that some single seats don't.
  16. I think we are about exactly the same as the great escape season in terms of points from games at this stage? 14 from 21? Could be wrong. We still had another shite 7 or 8 games from this point gaining only a few pts in the great escape before that heroic run of 7 wins from 9 seen us comfortably safe. If we can just pick up a couple of wins and draws in the next 8 or 9 hopefully we're better off and not needing great escape part 2, just a bit of form. Today maybe last chance to suggest we can avoid needing great escape 2 though. Tottenham away, Everton away (massive one) then Arsenal home. We need the points today, for confidence as well as just needing them, heading into these next games. Can't see us getting anything from those 3 if we finish empty handed today. So let's hope RVN can work some magic, starting today. I'm optimistic, for another 3hrs 45 mins I'd think!!
  17. It's all a bit strange this psr business. I maybe wrong, but didn't Everton avoid their initial punishment until the following season after it occurred, where if it had applied the same season, it would have been them relegated instead of us? Talk about a get out clause and loop hole there. Didn't Chelsea once 'sell' some hotels or something, exploiting a loop hole to ensure they complied? Meanwhile we get relegated and suffer loads more than these teams, but get bashed to shite cos we exploited something too? Then you get MC pulled up for supposed endless exploitation of rules, maybe even laws, but a gazillion years on have no word of a single punishment being handed out for any of it. Meanwhile we stress about psr when the whole thing has a new set of rules anyway from next year, so who the feck knows where we will stand with that? But hey, Simon Jordan and the click bate parade just want to go after the small fry, like the bullies they are. It all stinks of the anti competitive league it has become, and one thing for sure, the psr rules are just a mockery of anything resembling competitive sport. Just goes to show the whole lot needs truly independent regulation!! All my own opinion of course. You can make your own minds up, and I haven't researched my facts, going on memory, so might be wrong with some. :-)
  18. No game is easy, but time to show some class and that the players are at it for RVN. Scoring 6 at home today was great, when was the last time that happened at KP? And JJ rubbing our noses in it, fair play. Hope the stars align the same way Wednesday, let's hope for some more of the foggy stuff. ;-)
  19. Vest headed straight to Barkley in space on edge of area for him to shoot and score, he's got to do much better there. The mistake was almost as bad as JJs.
  20. Would have at the start, but villa were quite poor and when we equalised we needed to be much braver and have a go as they would have been fragile in that moment. Palace are a bang average team, as wolves were, and we know what happened there. I'm just not seeing the mentality (or ability) for us to do anything, against anyone, right now. Good signings would help, but knowing us we won't get them. Especially as we've gone from a team with a good chance of survival to one with a 20% chance. So even less likely anyone half decent wants to join us now.
  21. With 18 to go, playing for the draw is no longer good enough. If we drew every game until the end it probably wouldn't be enough to avoid relegation, we need wins and a number of them. Won't be long until we're needing to win every other game to stand a chance. After the goal we needed to carry on with the momentum, but instead we drop off and invite pressure once more and the inevitable JJ balls up happens. Then it's wibbly fecking wobbly again where we're lucky to even be in it for 15 mins, before a half hearted effort with 5 mins of regular time remaining where we get in promising positions and do nothing. It really is grim.
  22. We'll be losing again on Saturday, so things may look even worse than they do now in just a few days time. So we simply need to come out all guns blazing Vs palace. Which we'll all think is what's going to happen, until 20 mins in it's blazingly obvious it's wolves part 2. And that as they say, will be that. We might start playing better with 5 or 6 games left when we've been relegated, or are about to be. Only great early Jan transfer business can save us now, but that would require a decent hierarchy, manager and lots of funding and i don't think we have any of that, unfortunately.
  23. Can't see anything other than another away defeat. Most likely something to nil, 2-0 or 3-0 most likely, but if we're not at it 4 or 5-0 quite possible. The players, hierarchy and coach are just winging it now, doubt any have any sort of a plan. And that's how it'll be until we're finally out of this league.
  24. Well, I'd say we're relegation fodder through and through. We look at best a championship side, completely fooked this opportunity up. Don't expect us to be gracing this level again any time soon. This club and this team has no class whatsoever.
  25. Strictly speaking this isn't the thread for this discussion, but when you lose kdh, mads, teilmans, barnes and ndidi gets old and out most of the time, you're gonna struggle. Winks is solid enough but on his own, isn't enough. Fats and mav still have a lot to prove at this level. And the others, who are they even? A loan player that can't get in the team half the time (despite potential) a reserve level Tottenham player who cost millions, and a handful of unknowns whose experience in elite leagues is very questionable. Truth is we shattered our core, and on top of that our idea of adding up front is letting two players in their twenties go and replace them with a modest 33 year old player, to go with a (almost) 38 year old.
