I think the games in general have just been more enjoyable to watch. It’s a lot more free flowing, there’s a contrast of styles, each team has their own identity and you never know what’s going to happen on the day. Oh and no VAR.

It was good to hear Nige but the podcast itself is dreadful. Allardyce contradicts himself a billion times throughout about VAR and management, and Pike is a terrible presenter. My favourite Nigeism though was him playing cricket for his local village team 🥰🥰🥰
