Yeh agree with both of those points but I still feel Martis tactics, or lack of, doesn't help them. Shame Ricardo isn't the player he was, as he would be a good overlapping outlet for Fatawu but his legs have gone. We talk about how poor our striker options are but arguably, our full back options are just as hideous.

He's very young and still learning but i fear we won't see the best version of him (even the 16 year old best version of him) because our wingers are completely stifled by a shit manager. Even Fatawu, who is a fantastic player, has looked awful for large parts of the season but has fortunately managed to come up with magic every so often like last night. Mavididi and Fatawu were great in this league under Enzo but both look a shadow of what they were that season, so I think its unfair to have too much criticism of Monga, when its probably not really his fault that hes not looked like the world beater we thought he would be. Oh and the fact he's only 16.

100%. I've seen comments on the fb pages like "the same people that wanted rid of Rodgers now want rid of king power" as if they are saying that's a bad thing. So many still love Rodgers which I find incomprehensible given the way he acted in his final season. Will always be grateful for the fa cup and the 2 top 5 seasons (should have been top 4) but he has left a sour taste and whilst hes certainly not one of our worst ever managers, he is possibly the most unlikeable and certainly one of the most destructive. Incredible that one person can be as equally successful as they are destructive in such a short space of time!

Even if Antonio doesn't score a load of goals, i still feel he'd contribute more than our current strikers. Even if it means a defender or 2 has to keep an eye on him to stop Fatawu getting double and tripled up on. I think his movement could give opposition defender something to think about, which is something none of our strikers have done this season.
