Regardless of how bad marti may be as a manager, the players should have some form of pride and professional standards, and if they did, regardless of tactics and the manager, we would not be 4-0 down to QPR. I'm getting to a point where I don't want to keep a single player in this squad and a full revamp. I can accept losing but I cannot accept these players blatantly giving up and downing tools!

QPR are a god awful team. Other than maybe Kone, not one of their players gets in our squad. Difference is, their players are running hard and giving 100%. Ours are wondering what presents they still need to wrap. A great big turd, special delivery to our fans is what's currently being wrapped.

We are broke both financially and fundamentally. We cannot afford to sack him and we could not afford any decent replacement. I don't rate him and don't want him but he really is the least of our problems and it doesn't matter who our manager is, the club is still in the gutter and will continue to be until Top and his useless board feck off. It would take a seriously big bid in Jan for us to consider selling Monga and I highly doubt anyone would be paying big money for him yet. He's not done enough when hes played this season to warrant it.

Yep it's so annoying that the poor running of the club has lead to this. Whilst we always will need to sell a player to fund transfers, i feel we could have kept KDH and he could have been here his whole career and been a legend like you said. Think the whole thing probably saddens him as well as he never wanted to leave. I'm sure he's loving his time at Everton but he'd have never left had things been different.

I'm not saying players shouldn't use social media, it's a huge part of modern society, however some players clearly focus on things like this rather than their football. Lingard could have still been a decent player now, still having a decent career but he clearly has other things that he thinks are more important. That's his choice and fair play to him but he's 100% not the kind of player we want in our squad. We need leaders and model pros that will set the standard and help to improve the culture at the club, he'd do the complete opposite of all these things!

Just everything about him. The stupid celebrations, the way he's more interested in social media than he is in actually playing football. He's just everything that is wrong with modern day football and I wouldn't want him anywhere near our club. We have enough issues within the squad with lack of effort, lack of professionalism and discipline, he's the last thing we need in our squad. Of course, this is just my personal view of him, we all have players that we like and dislike for varying reasons.

This is the nail on the head. I've been so disinterested recently and it's not because we aren't in the prem, or because we aren't winning every week, it's because some of the players had become unsupportable. Ditching Winks and Faes has made a huge difference, as well as Soumare being unavailable. Whilst some of our players are limited, they are all trying and giving their all for the shirt and that's all we can ask for.
