  1. I'd also be interested in Bodo Glimt's manager. Not the youngest as he's about 56 I think but he's done an amazing job with them. Been with them 7 years now so not sure if he's comfortable there and maybe wouldn't want to leave. If he was 10 years younger he may have but at the age he's at now, he might be happy staying where he is.
  2. Yes. Or maybe no. What was the question again?
  3. The "sit and boo my son" bit got me 🤣
  4. PSG have gone full football manager rage quit here 🤣
  5. Fair enough, hopefully we'll be OK then. Still don't buy the whole not having money to sack/replace Ruud. Like i said, im sure we could sell Mads to balance the books like we did with KDH
  6. They wanted to do us last season but because we got promoted they couldn't. If there were any genuine charges to be brought, they won't just go away.
  7. No backing- yes Lied to - yes Players crap - yes Clueless manager - yes A half decent coach would at least get this lot trying to go down fighting. We've got zero fight at all. We should be looking at next season now and getting someone like Danny Rohl. We're getting slammed by the efl next season anyway so spending money on sacking Ruud and getting Rohl in, won't make a shite of difference to psr. Plus if we're so desperate then we'll just sell Mads at the end of the season like we did with Dewsbury Hall
  8. You think if we'd have given Rodgers and his mate Congerton a penny more to spend, all we'd have ended up with is a 6 point deduction? We'd have ended up with even more shite in our squad on long contracts that we can't shift. The only player we should have signed was Lookman. Anything else Rodgers and Congerton would have cocked up would have been more heinous then Bertrand and Vestergaard
  9. Didn't realise we paid £1.2m for him. Must have been a fair chunk of money for us back then.
  10. Of course with hindsight, the board have been a huge problem for years but I don't feel sorry in the slightest bit for Rodgers as it's the money wasted by him and his mate Congerton that has caused the financial issues we are now in. We had a strategy where we sold a key player every season in order to fund us improving the squad and in summer 2021 we didn't do this and spent the best part of £70m on players that weren't good enough, were on high wages and are still clogging our wage bill now, Daka, Soumare and Vestergaard. If Rodgers felt so strongly about being let down by the board, he should have walked but not only did he want his pay off, he also downed tools and pretty much sabotaged us so we were relegated. That squad should never in a million years have been relegated. Thanks for the fa Cup but he's an absolute bell end and one of, if not the, most unlikeable managers we've ever had.
  11. Yep there is a chain of command in all businesses and it doesn't set the right culture if people have direct communication with people way further up the chain of command. Problem is, Top will never accept he's wrong or accept any responsibility so things won't change unless he sells up. Fans need to start boycotting games but unfortunately not enough people will.
  12. https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1BzEEbStmm/ Need this guy down the KP to tell our lot what he thinks 🤣
  13. Nah leave him to rot. Either way we have to pay him but if we cancel his contract he can get his money from us and then join another club. If we keep him but don't register him in the squad, he can't play and will just waste the last 2 years of his career. I'm sure he won't be arsed but it's better than him stealing even more money by joining another club.
  14. Palace fans chanting que sera sera whatever will be will be matetas in a&e 🤣
  15. Chelsea we're only giving out 8 year contracts as a psr fiddle so they could amortise the transfer over more years. We don't want to be dishing out huge contracts, we need to get back to basics and give out reasonable wages and contract lengths and look to sell players at the right time. Easier said than done but we just need an overhaul of our whole recruitment team from scouts, analysts, dof etc
  16. Not when they don't have a proper manager you can't. The players aren't great and we need to get rid of most, but we'd certainly see an upturn in performances and possibly results if we actually hired a manager
  17. I agree but Dyche ball is a different level of turgid that doesn't produce many goals. But if he would come here and stop us conceding goals all the time and get us solid then that's a step forward
  18. Out of interest, who are you choosing?
  19. Can you put a vote up please for the Keegan contest
  20. I've always been against Dyche ever coming here, but right now he's the best we could get and his turgid football would be an upgrade on the just give up football that we are witnessing right now.
  21. Was Brendan involved?
  22. Were you looking at the thread or your Google search history?
  23. Find it mad that some fans are still clapping this absolute muck. I get that many don't agree with booing etc, but don't clap, just walk out. People are paying hard earned money to watch these over paid tossers just give up and then applaud them for it. It's crazy!
  24. Yep the people that are clapping that muck are complicit in the destruction of the club. Think they are "supporting" the club when they are actually doing the complete opposite. Some say that we've become deluded and have high expectations after we won the league, I think for alot of our fanbase it's the opposite, they've become passive and accepting of mediocrity (it's gone way worse than mediocrity to be fair). This whole "we were in league 1 once" "be careful what you wish for" "Best owners in the world" "you should be happy we've had success" nonsense is what's helping destroy the club as too many of our fanbase aren't questioning or protesting or trying to do something to actually bring about change at the club. Sickening!
  25. We could play San Marino for our remaining 11 games and we still wouldn't stay up
