  1. Not sure Enzo let us use his assistant manager to play in a friendly. Also not sure Maccabi Tel Aviv would be happy with us using their goalkeeper coach. We could maybe use Danny Alcock who is our current keeper coach but not sure if he's actually any good as he spent most of his career in non league.
  2. If we give him the £2.5m to pay up his contract, then technically he leaves for free. The issue isn't finding someone to take him, the issue is he wants his money for the last year of his contract, which no other club will pay and it seems the only way we could get rid of him, is us paying up his contract
  3. £50k a week amounts to around £2.5m a year. I'm no expert in contracts etc but if we could get a team to pay us £2.5m to pay up his contract, then he basically leaves on a free, can negotiate a new contract at a lower wage with another club. Could a team loan him for £2.5m, covering his wages and then they just sign him for free next summer? Am I being too optimistic that anyone would pay £2.5m for him? We just need to find anyway to get rid of him.
  4. Would be a good move. If we don't loan him out this season then he either a. Doesn't play much or b. Gets thrown into premier league football when he may not be ready, and this could affect his confidence and future development. A season in the championship would be good for him, just a shame we couldn't have used him more last season.
  5. You've just mentioned 5 players there who have zero Premier league experience. I'm sure Mavididi and Fatawu will be good enough for the prem but we've no evidence to suggest the other 3 will. We absolutely need a new winger, and one that can play on either wing or as a 10 would make sense, so long as the financials are right.
  6. What's that in English please?
  7. Pasquinelli, Cambiasso and Ulloa. Have I missed any other Argentinians that have played for us? I mean technically Pasquinelli never actually played for us but was on our books. Cambiasso and Ulloa were both good signings for us though so hopefully this guy can be to. Or for Roma, depending on whether you listen to the Italian or English journalists
  8. Is he hungry like the wolf?
  9. Che Zach Everton Fred West Ham Adams. This way he's named after a notorious serial killer whilst also listing all the usual suspects that are always linked with the same players as us.
  10. Be honest, are you Che Adams? I don't believe that anyone other than himself and his friends and family have ever said he's a good player.
  11. Thank fck for that. Absolutely not what we needed.
  12. Italy haven't had a decent striker since Del Piero. Spain haven't had too many either. Morata has a decent record but he's not great. Germany also haven't had much since Klose. Think most teams these days rely on quality wingers and attacking midfielders for goals rather than a striker.
  13. Maybe they didn't want to piss the fans off anymore by using the new kit
  14. Don't really understand people saying the Spain squad isn't that good and ours is better. Rodri, Olmo, Ruiz, Yamal and Williams are all top class players. I think we often over hype our own and as good as some of them are at club level, some of them have been really poor. Kane, Bellingham, Rice, Foden have been nowhere near their club levels. And then you have Cucurella who hasn't been great for Chelsea but has been the best left back in the tournament. Spain always have a probably always will play better and more technical football than we do.
  15. You should take Rudkins job with wheeler dealing like that
  16. I'm saying no simply based on the fact he only has 1 cap for Italy and they have barely had a decent striker since Del Piero. If he can't get in the Italy team then he can't be that good. Scamacca is shite and he plays regularly for Italy.
  17. How the fck can they afford him?
  18. We ain't paying his wages and he's burnt his bridges here. His injury record is also appalling
  19. Yes! Instead of free donuts, we can get free kebabs!
  20. How is signing a free agent who is versatile and has premier league experience a scattergun approach. Very odd comment
  21. Should be Rudkin in. I reckon he'd do less damage running the country rather than running LCFC.
  22. That's the same team i came up with for that formation. Feel like we need at least 2 maybe 3 centre mids, at least 1 full back, a winger and a striker. Anywhere between 6-8 new players needed.
