I never really get drawn into what players do/don't say unless it's something that particularly annoys me. I like Maddison because he was a very good player for us. I also find it quite patronising that you are calling people naive for having a different view to you on a player.

I agree. Top ultimately is the main contributor. He allowed Rodgers to carry on mis managing the team for too long and has continued to allow Rudkin and Whelan to mis manage the club. I completely agree that he's ran the club into the ground. That still doesn't hide how much of a tw@t Rodgers was/is

Yes but the way he acted in his final season will always leave a sour taste in my mouth, so for me personally, I can't see past it. As much as the relegation was completely avoidable and totally unacceptable, I could have accepted it but i could never accept the way he acted in them last 12 months.

Decent player but we need to shift Soumare and possibly Hamza now as we now have Skipp, Winks and Ndidi who are non creative deeper midfielders. Need a more creative centre mid for competition for Buonanotte plus a striker and a left back. Another winger also wouldn't go a miss but we'll probably stick with Mavi and Fatawu with BDC and Mcateer as back up

Club is on fire and we have a wet flannel (Rudkin) trying to put it out. Can't blame anyone for not wanting to join us, I've supported LCFC for 30+ years and even I'd think twice about joining the club right now.

This. I'd argue our team is weaker than it was last season. Absolutely honking stuff. Whilst we still have over 2 weeks until the window closes, we may as well write off the games in August, as our current team is unlikely to pick up many, if any, points. We are going to be playing catch up if we get a points deduction and potentially playing catch up again from not having a decent enough team to compete in the opening games of the season.

Yep. You only need to look at Facebook to see how passive our fanbase is. Anyone dares say anything negative on anyrhing related leicester and you get loads of people repeating the same shit like "we should be grateful for what we've achieved, we're only a little club etc etc". So many are still in awe of Top and would never hear a bad word said about him. This is exactly why the powers that be can carry on destroying the club, as there is very few fans that will actually challenge them.
