Our squad look like “I’m lost without Enzo” mentality at the moment for some reason. They have to be told what to do and we may need someone with a clear plan. So we get either: 1. A boss with that clear plan which will take time. 2. we get someone who delivers a short term, shell shock, old school tear-up approach that may get us over the line but won’t last. OR 3. Change the style, better on the eye and we may get relegated. I think Potter fits 1, Mourinho definitely 2. and Moyes could be both 1 and 2.
