I don’t know what to say, there’s so many things wrong with this team and club and i’d include game management or the sheer lack of it. The manager doesn’t inspire either but he’s working with a bunch of serial losers and persistent failures. No doubt Bristol deserved to win and they should have. We get away with it and marti extends his stay of execution.

Game today or certainly the first half reminded me of Wolves 0-3 last season. They were below us then and we then went a load of home games without scoring and defeat after defeat. That was calamitous and we knew where we were going after it, Danny Ward or no Danny Ward. Ruud had only been here a few weeks but the writing was on the wall for him then. Cifuentes is in more trouble as he’s been here 4 months and clearly can’t get them to put in a 90 minute performance. He’s saying the same stuff and nothing’s changing. Yes we know we’ve got a barrow load of average players who are weaker mentally than most in this division but someone must be able to get a better tune than Marti. He’s too nice. Not what’s needed right now. We can’t sack all the players so it has to be the manager sadly. Hopefully he gets his loan back that he lent us, when he goes.

i imagine the players feel the same now, he’s talking to deaf ears. You’ll see tomorrow with a half hearted effort again the players have stopped playing for him, he knows it, they know it and we know it. The only one who doesn’t is the Chairman.

I agree he seems wedded to effin possession but our players can’t actually keep the bloody thing and the last few games we’ve actually had less than the opposition let alone create very little. We’re not a good enough team to play that way effectively and the sooner he realises that the better.

Remember that result against them at Filbert Street with O’Neill. He then faced the fans after the match following a poor start he had with us. After that game he really turned it around losing just twice in 17!games. We grabbed 6th spot on the final day and got promotion is playoffs. Trouble is our players back then we’re much better than we have now with Lennon, Izzy, Heaney, Taylor etc.

That lot aren’t great but they won’t have to be to beat our wretched openness to the counter attack and our reluctance to battle in the muck and bullets of mid table championship fare.

What’s up with B. Decova Reid ? Why’s he not getting a go at 10. A sort of oval peg in a round hole rather than a square one.

Judging by the latest form we’re meeting another team on a roll. Another defeat at home incoming I fear.

Apparently they train really well according to MC and everyone gets on, there is a positive spirit. I am not sure he knows what’s best for this lot, they’ve become accustomed to not winning games. One of the issues is that there are no leaders in this team now. 2 seasons ago we had Kiernan and Vardy who at least led by example. There’s no one now to calm down Abdul etc.
