When I was training for the Leicester half marathon I over did it with that, playing football and the gym and it was excruciating. Every time I ran I would end up getting sharp, stabbing pains in my knee. The answer is what you don’t want to hear, rest. Although, I did find a load of stretches that actually really helped and got rid of the pain. Most of these involved resistance bands and are difficult to explain but go on YouTube and search for it and you will find them.

I’ve got someone in front of me in the stadium that said something like this at the weekend. In response to a bad pass “it’s all Rudkin, blame Rudkin” followed about 2 seconds later by “Patson Daka is absolutely shit, why is he still here” thinking that the 2 things are completely unrelated. I can’t be arsed with an argument so I bit my tongue but some people are on another planet.

I know someone else has posted similar that I’m about to (I can’t find the post) but i think the message of King Power out has the potential to drum up more support from people who are either KP in or on the fence. The message should definitely be about accountability, responsibility and change by Top and the board. We all want change, we all want the powers that be to spend the time and effort to get the values of the club back but calling for KP out will definitely split opinions when in reality you want to bring more people along with you.

Not entirely sure I agree that pre Vichai was quite as bad as mentioned by some in here but there have always been red flags around self interest. I’ve been clearing out a few old programmes recently and it’s strange seeing the owners faces on the programmes of key events. First game back in the Prem, Title Win, Great Escape etc etc.
