Ouch, I had this when I did the half last year. Get some resistance bands and get on YouTube. I was really bad, to the point where just walking around it was hurting but dosed myself up and got it done.

I went really light as I knew it would **** me up. Said to my other half that evening that I thought I’d got away with it and now it’s a full on ordeal just to get out of chairs.

Wanted to do another run today but did leg day in the gym on Monday and I can barely walk. Randomly, I was in the gym yesterday wearing my marathon t shirt and within a few seconds of walking in some guy had a proper chat with me about that specific run which was really nice. Was that any of you lot? Seemed a massive coincidence that another nutter had done it a few years earlier 😂

Pretty sure most people mentioned are the some of the most critical fans going 😂

Really horrible to see, especially for those that have personal experiences of similar. Fingers crossed they are ok.

I defended him at the start of the season, saying he probably needed a bit of time and a run of games. Well here we ****ing are lads 😂 he’s wank, and up there as our worst ever signing.

Today, I heard someone in the stands say “I think Oliver Skipp is overated”.

My favourite moment was when Ayew had the ball on the break and instead of trying a run for a through ball he stood and hid behind the defender. Even Marti who seems to be allergic to attacking went mental at him. Going from your best ever to him is absolutely wild, fair play to the club.

Approached it like we were playing peak Man City at home, created **** all and got what we deserved. We are sinking.

Oh yeah the bands in that second batch would have been perfect for me. Electric Callboy and Architects are two of my favourite bands, All American Rejects have some great songs, as do Bad Omens, Trvium, Cyprus’s Hill, Pendulum etc etc. Axl’s voice is completely shot though, beyond embarrassing 😂 he has a history of being a bit of a **** at Download as well. I’ve been before where they turned up over an hour late and got bottled.

Their gigs are wild. My mate went and was critical of the venue, no idea how fair that is.

Well maybe not, but if the players know he will know won’t he.

Guns and Roses is a shocker though IMO. And I love Limp Bizkit, but they’ve gone from mid to headliners in the blink of an eye, I guess it happens though.

That’s a great line up for me… if I hadn’t booked a holiday the day before it starts.

Coincidentally, this place is the only eating establishment I’ve ever been thrown out of 😂 Sat in there for about an hour waiting for my food, they finally bring it out and it’s the wrong meal, I pointed this out (probably in an extremely pissy way after the wait) and the owner comes out, grabs my food and tells me to **** off 😂

Yeah I watched it on Prime. Its rare that anything can have me sitting still for over 2 and a half hours without pissing around on my phone but I was glued to it. Will try Oppenheimer again soon but off to the cinema tonight to watch Black Phone 2, anyone watched it?

IMO Download is such a great few days that even if the lineup isn’t that strong I’d recommend going. I bought tickets before the line up was announced this year and moaned like **** when it came out but it was the best 5 days of my year. I sought out loads of new bands and chilled in front of the main stage when there wasn’t necessarily anyone on I wanted to see. That said, we got lucky with the weather which isn’t always the case.
