My legs are already struggling on this training plan. Wrote my training plan and life already got in the way meaning I needed to switch my rest day from yesterday to today. This resulted in me having to run 6 miles the day after doing leg day which was done the day after running 5 miles completely uphill on the treadmill. Luckily I’ve now got a day off, and then a gym day of upper body before ruining them again.
