Why are pundits still saying we have premier league players?! They’re premier league by salary - nothing else.

Shakespeare Half Marathon on Sunday. Hoping to beat my Leicestershire half time of 1:46 to more like 1:40. After that, I’m not sure what to do. Tempted by the Leicester half later in the year and generally feel as though running a half every 10 weeks would be ideal.

I still run before eating lunch, but I make sure I have a couple rounds of toast half an hour before. Gives me just enough to get round.

I’ve had this before where I’ve gone out at lunchtime before eating. Thought because it was an easy run I’d be fine, but stopped at traffic lights and felt as though i was going to pass out. Was just lack of fuelling.
