This is the worst defence I’ve ever seen. They cannot defend against a simple ball in to the box. Whoever scouted Okoli needs to be sacked on the spot, you would literally find a better defender in non league football. You could see them putting us under pressure, and when the first one went in, the writing was on the wall. The lack of desire to be first to the ball, winning your challenge, not tracking players, knock zonal marking on the head, lack of leadership. Ricardo is the worst captain we’ve ever had. The fitness is diabolical, the stupid fouls that Ayew and Thomas give away. There are so many things very wrong with this side, I’m not sure if any manager in the world could sort out this shambolic mess? They need an experienced manager in now, to give us any slight chance of a recovery.
