Just to update this topic as this is still ongoing despite the owner claiming to be signing sales agreement on more then one occasion, statement saying sale will complete on the 18th of July then complete silence until yesterday 27th July, today the National League has suspended the club from its cup competitions and league due to non-compliance by the current owner despite being warned this would happen last week 18th July An announcement had been planned for this afternoon, but due to false speculation about the buyer’s identity we have received consent to disclose the buyer’s identity. The consortium buying Bond Group’s interest in the club, subject to National League approval, is led by Mr Jonny Cato with an impressive group being built around him to develop the club over the coming seasons. Neither Jonny or his team have any connection to Jason or Bond Group of any kind and as before, nobody from the consortium has yet been named publicly. The current false speculation and guesses about the buyer’s identify are not accurate. Sales agreements will be completed today (Friday 18 July 2025) and will include a generous payment from the buyer to pay staff and players while the National League approval process is completed. We are grateful for this gesture of goodwill when the club and its stakeholders needed it most. This sale has progressed at a rapid pace and, once again, we are thankful to the buyer and his legal team for expediting the process to ensure the club’s status in the league was preserved. The buyers will engage directly with the National League and the fans to introduce themselves and share their exciting plans for the club. Further announcement to follow today. Jason Whittingham, Bond Group Investments LTD 27th July Bond Group Investments has continued to work with the Consortium led by Jonny Cato in their efforts to acquire the majority shareholding in Morecambe Football Club. Whilst talks are ongoing, it is clear that continual negative press statements impacting on the club, have given them cause for concern and pause. Alongside this, Bond Group had agreed to an offer, made by a Sikh representative of, and on behalf of, the Panjab Warriors, and are ready to sell on that basis. Despite numerous attempts over the past week to contact Panjab Warriors regarding their offer, and our willingness to complete, we have not heard from them. We now urge the Panjab Warriors to make contact in an effort to complete on the sale. Jason Whittingham, Bond Group Investments LTD 28th July The National League’s Compliance and Licensing Committee reconvened this afternoon to debate the on-going concerns surrounding Morecambe Football Club and its compliance with National League rules. Discussions regarding the Club's ability to meet its financial obligations for the 2025/2026 season have again taken place. It was decided further sanctions must be imposed, with the Club’s membership to be suspended with immediate effect. The Club will also remain under embargo ahead of the new season. Morecambe Football Club will also be removed from the National League Cup for the forthcoming season. The Committee will meet again on Wednesday August 20 to determine if outstanding items have been satisfied, and to decide the Club’s ability to retain Membership in the Competition.

Premier League 2025/26 Thread
jammie82uk replied to OntarioFox's topic in General Football and Sport
Apparently they stipulate clauses, Forest didn’t make champions league so the blind trust is not needed so control goes back to him, interestingly tho there is a co-owner (Sokratis Kominakis), who was installed onto the board when the blind trust was activated -
To avoid any doubt According to the club last seasons adult card won’t work, if you fall into any of the exceptions you will need a new card for next season previous seasons the option to download has been available even if you had a card, so if you are entitled to a card next season it’s not strange to also have a download option
-
Yes it will Yes the option has been there for the last couple of seasons
-
Based on the previous home cup games I fear you might be very busy receiving complains about issues

Elon is too busy with Burnley https://www.cityam.com/burnley-and-elon-musks-x-sign-behind-the-scenes-deal/ Burnley and X Corporation have signed a multi-year deal that will see 20 episodes published fortnightly to give fans access to the Clarets’s Premier League season. It is hoped that the deal will expand into live streaming, giving fans unprecedented access to their team. Alan Pace, Burnley chairman, said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with X as we enter an exciting period for the Club ahead of our return to the Premier League. “Whether it be our now world-famous transfer reveal videos, or our incredible end of season dressing room celebrations, X has been home to some of our most popular and engaging social content.

Can someone with a digital season ticket tell me how it works?
jammie82uk replied to Qwerty's topic in Ticket News and Travel
Based on the last few previous cup games I’m expecting fairly substantial queues on the first game -
Its because people like “Karen” who lives on the other bank of the river next to the ground complains about things like a generator running is making to much noise
-
Funny you should mention that because that is what the Ed Sheeran and Ipswich deal essentially is
-
The seat number on your season ticket is reserved and is yours and you just turn up on the day and sit in that seat What game are you looking at? If it’s the Fiorentina game on the 3rd of August then that game is not included with your season ticket purchase, check the Sheffield Wednesday or Birmingham City Nobody has received a physical card yet, you will know when others start receiving them as there will be posts on here with people confirming they have received one you say you can’t select his seat, what game are you checking that on? As I’ve already answered above if it’s the Fiorentina game you are checking If you have checked the other games and it’s available then you will need to contact the club’s ticket office

You can’t compare Stake.com with the possible new sponsor Kbet if it does turn out to be one of the options, Stake.com did have a uk license until a few months ago when they surrendered it, They have been around for more then a few weeks and are pretty far from being a fly‑by‑night operation
-
They normally are face value only but you are also allowed to list for what you paid for it as long as you can prove what you paid, when selling you have to fill in details and send twickets the pdf proof of tickets and cost so when someone buys the tickets get sent by twickets to the purchaser
-
He has been doing that with a private company
-
A shirt leak happened with “KBET” Sponsorship on the front, it is still to be confirmed by the club what the new sponsor if any will be an investigation into who “KBET” actually are returns very few results on google it has been narrowed down to two possibilities although both could be wrong https://kikabet.com are an almost carbon copy similar site/company to BC.GAME, They have the same Gambling License that BC.GAME which is not valid in the U.K the other website is https://kbet.asia this is arguably the worst of the two, They don’t have a Gambling License registered anywhere despite their claims on the website, nothing works on the website apart from the help and blog sections which ask questions such as “is KBET a Scam?” & “is KBET legal” The website was also created only around 8 weeks ago

-
How did we manage to win that? Missed 3 penalties in a row, why did the Swedish keeper take their 5th?
-
You should be able to see on your account if the ticket has sold, go to your account details and then tickets and you should be able to see resale status
-
Look at the site yourself and see if your seat is available to buy

Not sure why you used a VPN as you can easily access it from a UK ip address, the website is blatantly a front, nothing works on the website apart from the help and blog pages, and even on those pages it try’s to convince you it’s not a scam or fake, there is no licensing from any gambling commission despite the claims on the website, the registration Address appears to be a random shop, the “contact us” email doesn’t exist just looks like someone has asked ChatGPT to build them a website and this is the result
-
if we was well run and doing ok then there wouldn’t be the need to “invent” a 7 week old company to be our main sponsor
