This is spot on we have become an easy ride club too many average people in position too long. I would love King to be successful but I don’t see him as the hard leader we need. I think there will be a bounce as the players see one of their ‘clique’ in charge but cannot see it being sustained. Love to be proved wrong.

Season tickets are not transferable. Availability this coming summer will depend on many factors. Best scenario is we are in the championship and renewal rates stay at similar to last summer which means around 3000 will be available to new applicants. If relegated it may be higher. I seriously doubt that in either scenario you will not be successful.

And if we had any real journalists left these two items are what they should demand he explain. They in cold clear numbers show that we are an unfit lazy side. That’s the first thing to fix.

Well put I have supervised operations in Thailand and it impossible to get makes to behave to western expectations, the culture puts many items such as accountability off limits. For some positions we just had to retain expatriates. He will never be open as a western leader might be. It shows in the make up of the board he needs to a{point and listen to some non-executive directors. The clubs governance is all wrong.

It would explain a lot.about his performance.

Yes he is an academic never put his neck on the line to build or run a business. Those who can do those who cannot teach. It’s the same with financial advisors if they are so good why are they giving viewpoints on investing your money when they should be making so much they should not be interested in your money.. with no access to inside data he is just guessing like the rest of us.
-
Ask him have you ever invested in a football club, have you ever owned a football club, have you ever been the CEO of a football , does he have access true review of financial details not covered in the annual accounts, does he follow Swiss Ramble, if the answer is no then what makes him more of an expert than anyone else who can read?

Winks has no intention of doing anything till June when he will be a free agent. Will sit and collect the money. A club enquirerd but his agent is not talking unless it is more than Leicester pay now.
-
It has been stated he is a disruptive influence. The one thing Cifuentes has done right is exile him. No way back exit only the sooner the better but unlikely as no one wants a toxic employee. Skipp has been a revelation since winks has been sidelined. Most likely scenario he sits collecting the money till his contract runs out.

Spot on 86th minute 1-0 down Ayew messing around, no urgency, no ideas they are all crap. Play the kids against Oxford no Ayew, Cordova Reid, Choudray, Madvadidi, Fatawu, Periera, Daka, to hell with them all. Rather see us hammered with hope than this lot.
-
Truly awful being made to look like an old man by players of a similar age. He has to be dumped.
-
Wait a minute why is it all on him the goals other is allowed to run free because Cordova Reid is too lazy to cover. Yes keeper could do better but players totally unmarked is not his fault. Weak challenge on Moore. Ricardo running like a donkey.

Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR
Globalfox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
You are correct one of the challenges is that since charges and hearings did not meet agreed timelines can an IC even rule on this. Jurisdiction and binding arbitration is another grey area as with promotion/relegation who was part of and covered by said arbitration. If these were all black and white a ruling likely would have come down by now. All commissions are struggling with badly written rules, arguments on grammar and missing punctuation, times when items were listed, incomplete minutes of agreements the list goes on. So supporters wait long times. -

Your point 1 does not apply since the case has been heard and is under review. Your point 2 is spot on yes we have not admitted guilt and once again are contesting badly constructed rules and language. Point 3 lies alongside point 2 and the dat at which these can be applied is critical. In law retrospective application is frowned upon so yes the commission will be trading very carefully to avoid a longer legal challenge. I think fans don’t understand the size of the workload facing the commissions. We are one of numerous cases led by the monster that is Man City look at the time that has been going on and it is clear that evidence and rule review is not clear. Timing linked to other events is nonsense the commission will rule when it does. Neither party has much say in that. -
These days it’s not just about protecting access but the reality that there are very few ‘journalists’ left. Most of the current industry are gossip mongers and internet troll readers. A true journalist investigates and to hell with access consequences. Whether it be Radio Leicester or the Mercury we have no journalistic work going on. Hence the ‘party’ line. It is symptomatic of the world good hard working journalism has died.

Macquarie Loan for Parachute Payments Rolled Over
Globalfox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Very true but with one caveat. If the TV money failed then both the EPL and EFL would be forced to close PSR and look to allow deep pocket owners unrestricted ability to invest and cover the shortfall. The reality is that Sky are unlikely to fail but the next TV contract may see lot lower revenues. The people who will feel the immediate pinch are players. Mass layoffs to smaller squads, large reductions in salaries and payments and that’s what the PFA knows is likely. For Leicester the question is would Top step up? Despite everyone’s doom I believe he has the resources but would he want to. I suspect while his mother is alive and well he will once she is out of the picture I think the answer will be no. -

Under the new rules even owner loans have to include market rate interest so why use your own money when you can use a banks. Large businesses do this daily it’s normal. -
Foxes Trust Reform - the final step
Globalfox replied to Foxes Trust Reform's topic in Leicester City Forum
Totally onboard let’s push the presence at the fa zone at next weeks FCC I have supported this. I have been doing independent sessions with up to 50 attendees to generate feedback and been working issues with the club. I am discussing a list of supporter issues with the club before the FCC meeting starts. -

I have a wild idea why not have face to face events and consult the members, discuss paths forward, build a supporting community, give people reasons to join like other trusts do. I I do not mean the borefest of the AGM. -

Just extending the overdraft facility and yes assumes we are not going anywhere this year but only a fool thought we would. We like to hope but reality was always we would not. Next season hope starts again. -
'I Want People To Be Closer' - Khun Top Speaks

Charges are money owed by West Ham so owed by them money owed by Sheffield Utd so owed by them money owed by Leeds so owed by them money owed by Ipswich so owed by them money owed by Chelsea so owed by them money owed by the EPL parachute payments owed by them money owed from EPL central fund ( not basic award funds) these are all debts by others who could not pay cash and pay over time that we took cash up front for 6% fee. This covers expensive EPL contracts when revenue drops in the EFL. That is exactly why parachute payments exist. then there is a floating charge unspecified amount that is like any overdraft facility. as stated before football cash flow is in arrears so we finance. We can then pay on time especially people such as HMRC which is what tends to sink clubs. If we continue to reduce the wage bill we will be fine. More big earners vestergaard,Choudray, winks etc need to go. don’t take this as defending management just stating it’s not all doom and gloom. What really needs to happen is a rule you must pay the lot immediately. Chelsea owe us 10 million for a player they no longer own. It’s a stupid business model that could collapse if TV money fell off. -
Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR
Globalfox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
The latter part of this thread raises the question what do supporters really want. Relative comfort in the EPL but have never won anything like Brighton or have a punt go for broke win something and then suffer for it. Would you be a West Ham fan who seems to trade success for entertaining football. What we did in 2016 followed by the FA Cup and European nights will never be repeated by a club of our size ever again. Forest may build a 50000 stadium but will they fill it? Even Villa struggle in the second city. Newcastle have been castrated in ambitions. I would love to see Wrexham make it just to watch the politics and rules take hold and see how they deal with it. The new EPL spending rules finish ambition forever as the big six get bigger and the gap widens. What do Leicester fans really want to see now because I fear we had our moment in the sun. -

you would think so the EPL has spent reportedly 70 million on legal fees which impacts distributions to clubs. The EPL and EFLneed to be investigated by the competitions commission for anti competitive business practices. -

Globalfox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
There are a number of critical differences 1) both Everton and Forest pleaded guilty to the charges so the hearing was only hearing mitigation evidence 2) both of the referenced hearings were before Leicester City had claimed rules were wrong and had commissions twice agree 3) Leicester have always pleaded not guilty and robustly defended charges winning twice 4) the referenced cases were before Man City and the vast resources being consumed to fight that battle. Man City alone is 90000+ pages of evidence. The EPL and the EFL staff are incompetent consuming vast time on arguments over points of contract and legal vulnerability and poor record keeping. Hence it’s slow.
