  1. Wording is a bit dodgy should surely tell you which lounge, where your seat is. I would call the club before anyone sets out to make sure it’s kosher.
  2. Yes just got back. 55 people applied all invited. Did not do an accurate head count but was about 40 people there. Meeting led by Jim on behalf of the club as advertised the group provided input on enhancing the match-day experience, criticized catering, discussed clappers, expanding singing section and safe standing. Varied opinions but thought it was a start let’s see what transpires. They announced the Fan Engagement that hit the website as we were meeting.
  3. Completed for you as many have said the questions could have been better given the current stadium did not create a lot new as an existing stadium was replaced. I would download and read many of the documents submitted for the recent planning application some of what you want to understand are answered there. Transport is particularly relevant. Good luck.
  4. Mine has already updated for first game
  5. Thanks for the praise I accept it. You just forget the modern world it’s not just King Power it’s just how it is. Why moan about the cost of a shirt you don’t need it to support the team so just don’t buy them. It’s not just football shirts jeans made in the far east at the same cost are 50% cheaper in the US than the UK. I am the mouthpiece for King Power but none of you will call out the biggest cost center the players. The argument about ticket income is insignificant buys into the argument of some owb]ner ban live fans, save stewards, policing, maintenance etc and the books look better. We as fans do not and never have owned the club it’s all about owners and players egos now. And just so we are clear as a supposed King Power mouthpiece I la most of the blame at Tops door. But I realize currently it’s his club.
  6. I get some people are upset but the reality is the price point is about right for the times and the anticipated product. The club has for many years got pricing wrong, 8 seasons without price hikes put the prices artificially low and when you do an adjustment like this the optics are bad. The pricing is badly constructed. I can see no reason to give discounts for Under 22, Under 18 and Under 16 they should all be full price and that might be revenue that could be used to balance out fair value elsewhere. I question the under 12’s we may discount family stand and other fans are excluded there so it’s enough no discounts elsewhere in the ground. The over 65’s of which I am one should be means tested. Anyone with income above the state pension should pay full price. This of course will not be popular with the what about my kids and what about the next generation? There is no proven connection between discounts and long term retention the world changed. The real culprits in pricing are the players and their agents. The salaries and bonuses are what is pricing fans out of games but most give their sainted heroes a pass. Their greed drives bad decisions at the FA, EPL, EFL and then club management. If it’s about the football we should all be happy with playing in League One but secretly we all want to watch the cream of the game. Well guess what these days that costs simple.
  7. You must have a software version older than A9 so it must be a very old phone. I am assuming you have tried to update the software and it will not take. This is a typical problem with phones designed to run Android that will not take software updates past 2-3 years. This is not a mobile ticket issue this is a phone issue. You really need a new phone the version you are running now has so many security vulnerabilities you should be deleting all apps and using it as a doorstop. Remove Google wallet and when you get an email for a you should be able to save and use the QR code but Android can be stubborn. Call the club say you are too poor to own a SmartPhone and need a nine ticket de what you get.
  8. It’s the wrong question because you make the assumption they are in charge. In 2023 Top changed the articles of Association of the club to make the Board voting quorum one person. I have never seen that in a major company. The only logical deduction is that he wants to be an ultimate sole dictator. Therefore everyone does as he says without any consultation. That’s perfectly OK but he carries the can when it goes wrong. The poll should be do you trust Top because if you do then you accept what cascades from him. If you do not support him then you vote for a real pitch into the abyss with new unknown owners. Football is a mess and we cannot change it the pendulum has gone too far. As others said we rolled the dice on a giant rollercoaster we enjoyed the highs and bemoan the lows but compared to many other supporters what a ride.
  9. Once flew Kuala Lumpur to Burnley and the game was abandoned. Flew Houston to Leicester and found out at the ground game v Tottenham had been called off.
  10. Many fans were consulted my wife and I received feedback questionnaire a couple of months ago where these were specific questions except for the % rise. The Trust represents a small amount of the fan base so even if you were not consulted does not mean fans were not. Digital ticketing works its here to stay move on we have bigger challenges. The 5% and !0% in premium areas are actually very reasonable. The 25 quid for accommodating extra work seems reasonable I would charge similar in my business. Success in football comes at a price.
  11. I have had it since the beginning usually get the next game automatically within 12 hours of the last game finishing. I bought extras for last Saturday link game by email 4 days before game forwarded to my guests they all downloaded to their phones instantly and had no issues. I have had NFT tickets at multiple grounds with no issues. Oh and for all the ageist fools I am a pensioner.
  12. We have to realize that like many things in society the best of times has come and gone. Only revolution would give want many here are asking for but you have to understand you are now the minority. It’s not just us the atmosphere at grounds like Anfield is not what it was in the past. The world has been sterilized and the majority have no time for the passionate groups. union FS is a handful, the supporters club died decades ago, the Foxes Trust is a handful. Watch the stream to and d from the ground I yearn for the excitement and atmosphere but it has gone. They destroyed Wembley. At every club it’s all about the money, players, agents, managers, PGMOL, the TV Companies, The FA, The EPL and EFL Management don’t want what those posting here desire. We are a dying breed I am sorry to say and it’s gone too far to change.
  13. Revisiting this why are the players not on the list they pocketed millions and delivered nothing. Susan Whelan was paid 301,000 pounds but must be hung out to dry. Did any player warrant their millions last season. Yes we overpaid but they demanded and then failed to deliver. I believe they have to shoulder a lot of blame in this supposed wheel but everyone seems to give them a pass.
  14. Rather stupid thread the board is Top his brother their Chinese mate and Susan Whelan. Last year they changed the articles of association to only need one director as a quorum. So Top says what he wants and that’s it so unless he sells there is no sack the board.. his money his board decision made.
  15. Only Villa and Chelsea worse than us. To be honest it’s better than I was expecting. Chasing success on our income is just not possible. We fell lucky when we won the league but quickly paid the price literally. I said for a while we were never prepared for success and got hammered on over inflated deals. The current rules will change as not fit for purpose. Will not help us now. We are poorly managed in all aspects. We need a real hard ass to keep Top and Rudkin in check dump the soft Buddhist crap.
  16. Choudray like a stone statue watching the player take his time to score. Complete useless individual wonder why we have fallen apart last six games look no further.
  17. Sorry but Madvadidi is a complete waste of space.
  18. Actually I am have enjoyed this season content to not go up enjoying the banter.
  19. Blame for what exactly? not sacking Bodgers earlier that’s on Top Repeatably signing shit players we would all love to know Playing like lazy useless overpaid twats, The list is so long I cannot bother to write it. overpaying players we would all love to know.. overambition that’s probably all of us. leaving on 80 minutes probably the council. poor atmosphere shit performances and conceding late goals for two seasons maybe the list goes on
  20. Everyone is not moaning a handful of people on social media is not everyone. So the question is flawed. Those of us not moaning as well as those who do have legitimate observations. It’s football some are right some are wrong. Some are driven by inadequate journalistic speculation. I learnt Tuesday night how tightly the club control journalist access and I bet there are many revel in petty revenge and false stories. You pays your money you have the right to opinions but just like the Fans Consultative Council on line forums represent a small portion of the fan base. Moan away it’s entertaining.
  21. Cool hand gets it probably the closest estimate from anyone who does not have inside data. The club has always said it’s managing the situation. It will come down to the allowable deductibles as it did with Everton and now Forest. It’s likely to be tight. I think we will scrape through.
  22. We all have opinions but I think we lose sight of why FFP was introduced that was to stop clubs going out of existence through overspending. Why because owners had no sense in some cases spending way beyond their means and things being too far gone to come back from the brink. A major club going under could have brought the whole pile down. The next issue was perennial failures to pay HMRC. Government was never going to let that continue and FFP has improved not completely solved it. FFP is not well designed because there were no precedents. Hence it morphed into PSR. Clubs are still not well run in many ways and we are a fair example. We never planned to be successful and ended up over paying players including many average ones who have sat and piled on the pounds at our expense. The challenge is that the revenue difference across the leagues is just too great. The upcoming FA Cup tie at Chelsea shows this. Large numbers of sales of seats at 750 pounds plus makes more than Leicesters Whole West Stand including hospitality. Simple we just don’t compete and never will.
  23. Most sensible quote on here the challenge will be what he wants for it. Right now we are likely worth less than half what King Power has put in. Will he cut his losses?
  24. New hotel and commercial complex are two and three, global property portfolio is number 4 king power polo five, king power racing six, the list goes on. We probably now only rank ahead of OH Leuven
  25. Be honest we now have an absent owner as Top has been to maybe 5 home games and none away this season. Rudkin has been visibly absent a lot as well. King Power attention is elsewhere and we probably rank 6th or 7th in their business investments. Past bad decisions mean FFP punishments loom close and tie the hands of management. The academy is a flagship asset but it is not delivering a lot of high quality assets to grow, sell and replenish. We get no parachute payments if we get promoted this season which will make us limited in the Premier League so unlikely to be able to invest heavily beyond what we have now. Fiscal reality is that two more seasons in the Championship, deadwood clearance and sensible rebuild is best path forward. If you want rid of King Power you need someone better and there is no one that I see on the horizon.
