  1. He's obviously not coming here, we clearly don't think he's good enough. Which is not surprising because he probably isn't. He might do as squad depth but I doubt he wants that.
  2. The most credible sources (and Italian football social media has the most ridiculously saturated pool of "ITKs" anywhere) have all essentially said that Leicester are currently trying to negotiate a fee with Juve. Roma have had an interest but realistically they just don't have the resources to pay what Juve want. The only way he goes there is if the player himself refuses to move to Leicester. But given how advanced the negotiations sound like they are, I doubt that's the case. Roma are owned by a fairly wealthy investor but he hasn't pumped cash in since he's owned the club and they've done a LOT more selling than buying plus they've already spent 20+ on a player this summer. I just can't see them matching what we're allegedly bidding. The only thing I would say is that if this was as far along as some on here seem to hope is then Fab Romano would be tweeting about it multiple times daily and probably wouldn't shut up about it
  3. Dodgite by any chance?
  4. Maybe but Potter clearly wants and is waiting for it. Howe is employed by one of the wealthiest and most potentially upwardly mobile teams in club management. Granted, that's probably a fairly volatile job where he has limited future but I still reckon he'll back himself to do another season there.
  5. Poch is free, want an Argie? He'd never be allowed home
  6. Cooper wouldn't have gotten the job if he hadn't gone in to the interview and sold the idea of himself as an advocate of progressive, passing football. Honestly, all the talk of him playing 3atb and wing backs etc, it genuinely wouldn't surprise me if he even rocks up and implements the same system Enzo was playing. Consistency and continuity would be a big help for survival and it got the absolute best out of Vestergaard, Winks, Hermansen and Ricardo who were some of our best players last year.
  7. Why? Because a Roma blog claims without any sources that a player they can't afford to buy wants to play for them despite an offer, probably for more wages, in a league where he'll probably earn more in endorsements?
  8. I can see us maybe, maybe, managing 10 out of Kasey if he was a couple years younger. The problem is that he isn't particularly a kid.
  9. Can't see him agreeing to do that over Germany. Although he seems pretty honest and open about wanting a genuine break.
  10. FWIW there's absolutely no shame losing to these. They've been brilliant.
  11. Him and Foden are just expected to produce match winning moments single handed though.
  12. Thought Williams was running him ragged tbh. Meanwhile Shaw was doing so well against Yamal that the wingers went and doubled up on him. How often do you see that.
  13. Those two are just something else. Been a joy to watch this tournament.
  14. I mean, the most obvious dive of the night so far was Saka so...
  15. I hope Spain win just for that self indulgent montage.
  16. I sometimes get a bit carried away.
  17. He's literally wearing the t-shirt of a conservative gun nut's YouTube channel and sitting on an exposed roof in an area crawling with snipers. And apparently bystanders spotted him and told the police. It isn't an entirely good look for the secret service.
