It is amazing how quickly Newcastle fans got entitled tbh. They haven't even built a decent squad yet and they're still knocking around with a largely untested manager at the top level. They over performed last year with a squad that's only recall mid table and they're back pretty much at their par now. They might have the richest owners on the planet but if FFP stops them spending they'll have to be patient.

Might take some stick for this but none of this thread is necessary or smart to be quite honest. Gutting that anyone dies of cancer, it's unbelievably tragic that it's a lad in his twenties. But that's for his family and friends. All this thread does is give the troll and others like him oxygen. If people stopped going on the internet looking to enjoy being offended and just blocked this kid and others like him without responding, retweeting or otherwise making him famous then him and others like him would stop. It would certainly be a much better approach than doxxing him which - and here's the really unpopular bit - is actually more of a crime and more offensive than him making a stupid and offensive post about a cancer victim.

Eh, I dunno. That's easy to say in hindsight. For what it's worth, I do agree, but I also understand why Enzo brought on Casadei instead of Choudhury (I'd have had Hamza instead of Akgun tbh) in the middle of the park. There's two schools of thought aren't there in that situation. If you look at it from the point of view of "Leicester are holding on to a lead, trying to close out a game, they're under pressure, they just need to defend" then yes Hamza is your man. But another way of looking at that situation (and I'd suggest very much the Enzo way of looking at the situation) is "Leicester have lost control of this game, that's why Ipswich are getting back in to it, they need more control on the midfield and Ndidi/KDH are tired" and from that point of view I can totally understand why you'd bring on Casadei and Akgun who are better in possession. Clearly it backfired but who is to say maybe in another timeline we do bring on Hamza, park the bus and sit and try and hold on and we still concede anyway? It's not like Ipswich broke us down with some brilliant move, they got unbelievably spawny with a rogue shot from a defender that took a double deflection.

Yep. Don't get me wrong I understand they have to be rested sometimes and it's Christmas. But it's definitely a weakness in the squad we need to add to. I like Yunus he grafts and he's skillful but he's not a box to box midfielder and Casadei has a lot of development to do.

Problem with Nacho coming on here is it's definitely killed our counter threat a bit especially with Fatawu and Mavididi probably tiring. Don't get me wrong you have to rest Daka somewhere he's played a lot of football but if we want to not get over run we need to keep them honest.
