  1. I’m hopeful today will kickstart another good run of wins. Our struggles in last 4 games or so have been down to a temporary lack of squad depth imo. We have a lot of options to rotate players both from the start and from the bench which is so vital during this intense run of fixtures We need to keep this group fit and available
  2. In recent times I think the job Puel did was not appreciated. He steadied a sinking ship and I can’t recall a manager during our PL stint that had more success with transfers. He also integrated Barnes and Chilwell into the squad and dealt with the Maguire situation really well. The Vichai tragedy would have been horrible to deal with and he handled that very well too. Results and performances weren’t great but he did set us up for the success under BR.
  3. Was watching the game last night thinking he would fit our system lovely as an 8
  4. Chair and a starter in the number 8 position
  5. I’m expecting a tough game and we’ll need a big shift from our wingers as they will need to track back as well as force Leeds wingers back the other way. With that in mind it’s great news that Mcateer and hopefully Akgun are available intrigued to see which way round JJ and Ricardo play - could see them switching mid-game depending on how Leeds set up. If we pass the ball quickly and get in the right areas we can hurt them, their attack on the counter worries me however
  6. This will be a tough game but they should be the ones worried about us more than the other way around. We have 6 days rest now so should go into the game fresh with hopefully 1 or 2 more back from injury. Hermansen Ricardo Faes Vestergaard Justin Winks KDH Ndidi/Casadei Fatawu Iheanacho Mavididi Going for a 3-1 win.
  7. Fantastic result. As a supporter, it’s a great feeling to not feel any concern even when going a goal down or struggling to break through. The players have faith in the system and know that if they keep going the goals will come. Beautiful to watch!
