Ref has been poor but more worried about the fact we seem to have thought the games over as soon as we score. We can play through them, need to up the pace and put them under pressure

I do wonder whether our lack of availability in the 8 role will force Enzos hand. i like the suggestion of KDH starting deeper with Kel in the 10. As play progresses KDH moves forward and Hamza replaces him in the double pivot. I think it sounds a very astute tactical switch.

I put Middlesbrough down as a blip, and Leeds as “one of those”. Yesterday has concerned me though Firstly, his selection and subs worried me. This is not the time for blooding youngsters imo. Coady next to Faes would have been a much safer option and can’t understand not having Kel on the bench. None of the subs had an impact and they seemed to be made for the sake of it. A bigger concern is the lack of intensity and plan b when we are chasing the game. In the games we’ve been behind in I don’t think I’ve believed once that we were going to claw it back. I understand Enzo has a philosophy and it has worked very well to this point. I don’t think this means we shouldn’t have another option if it’s not working. When the Cannon sub was made I would also have brought off JJ and Stephy for Sharky and Doyle. It would essentially have been a back 4 with Hamza and Doyle pushing up supporting Albrighton and Fatawu wide with 2 out and out strikers. We needed some crosses whipped in as the cut in lofty balls were getting headed out for fun. I would also have encouraged us to shoot rather than walk the ball in the net as keeper didn’t look comfortable when tested. 3 big games now and I’m glad they’re away. We tend to play better when game is more open and we should get that on our travels. Let’s have a regroup and go again. Need some big performances to get our mojo back.

Kels out of favour, Vardy isn’t 100% fit so between Patson and cannon. Daka would be my preference

Whilst the football is a joy to watch I’m more impressed with the mental strength of our players now. We had a tough week with the results against boro and Leeds. Could very easily have felt sorry for ourselves. but instead we went to a pl team, rested 9 players and played superbly with the same mindset and style that our first team would show in a league game. It shows the players really have brought into him and there is a common belief that this style works for us. I would love to see what he could do with 4 transfer windows in the prem with a bit of money to spend.

Officials were terrible last night. Forgetting the obvious errors disallowing the goal and incorrectly booking Ricardo there were numerous things missed. Gray ran the ball out of play for a corner first half - nothing. Gnonto goes in high and reckless on KDH - nothing. Faes wrestled to the ground at a corner - nothing. maybe I’m paranoid but this is the third big away game after Coventry and Ipswich that this has happened. Can’t be a coincidence, can it!!??

Subs played a huge part last night. Leeds changes made a positive impact and ours hurts us. No problem with Daka coming off if he was starting to tire. i would have brought Doyle on for Choudhury and moved JJ to RB as a more conventional back 4. Sharky for Stephy was the change there

Probably the best we’ve played this season. If not for poor finishing, a worldie save and a blind linesman we hammer them.As it was, three fortunate goals cost us. One of those. Again.

I’d like to think we’ll be targeting Firpo. Fatawu with Ricardo that side should give him a lot to think about

The pressure is definitely on Leeds. we can afford to lose and still gain promotion whereas if they lose it could massively hurt them. They will be bang up for it (naturally) however it is easy to get carried away and I’m hoping we keep cool heads and prevail. I would still persist with Daka from the start with Vardy to replace him on the hour or so

Not a moment - but I do always wonder about the summer 2016 transfer window. we had just won the league and had a shocker of a window. That was our chance to cement ourselves towards the top

He’s a random one. Dumped us out of Europe a few years ago, signed for Brighton but never got a look in. Would want to see him at a higher standard than the SPL before passing judgement

He certainly wasn’t bad. The team as a whole were off it, it happens.

We should be confident ahead of every game. Selection issues for me at LB, CM and ST. Could make arguments for JJ or Doyle, Praet, Mcateer or Akgun and Daka, Vardy or Cannon. Whoever is selected, we need to get a foothold early and try to quieten the crowd. Need to be patient on the ball and ruthless when opportunities come up. I’m looking forward to it, should be a good game

Sorry if this has been said already. Clarke wipes out Ricardo but according to commentary Engel got booked instead. When Clarke then takes out Praet, ref knows that if he goes to book him he has a problem so just ignores it. Ref was poor throughout, we just need to accept that officials at all levels in our country are poor.

One of them. Fine margins and all that. No need to panic, we move on to Friday.
