  1. Got talent but his work rate lets him down massively. Such a shame as could go on to do really well. He’ll go wherever the money is. We need to shift Daka and invest in a first choice number 9 with Vardy and Cannon to support I like the lad at Luton but don’t think he fits Enzos style of play
  2. A West Brom vs Norwich final is the stuff of dreams.
  3. I’m a bit torn on Wilf. His salary would be high and his recent track record with injuries isn’t great. If we were to retain him, I would purely use him as someone to break up the play and make us more solid in games where we’ll have minimal possession. In games that we’re looking to have the lion’s share of the ball I’d want an 8 with more creativity and goal threat.
  4. Going to get pelters for this and I appreciate the bigger picture, however….. We’re so soft and that was not the performance of a ruthless team. I know we achieved our aim but we should try to win every game and that performance showed a lack of integrity. I’m naturally thrilled with the season as a whole but the club needs more drive.
  5. A true Leicester legend. I’d be amazed if we ever saw another player win L1, Championship and EPL with the same club - pub quiz question for the ages! Imperative that future generations of Foxes know and respect this great man. 💙🦊
  6. I’d rather Birmingham go down so we can pick James up a bit cheaper
  7. I’m a tad suspicious of this. The phrasing of his comment the other day along with this makes me think we might be forcing his hand
  8. Could his comments mean we’ve found a way out of this…….?? There might have been some offsets we don’t know about nor do we yet know how forests appeal hearing went
  9. Newcastle 5-0 Man Utd 5-3 and 4-2 Liverpool 1-0 (Lookman) These all up there
  10. Next season should just be about finishing above the other two promoted sides and one from the survivor this season/Brentford. Got a feeling Brentford will be poor next season. Stay up and then look to build season on season.
  11. Hermansen Choudhury Souttar Vestergaard Doyle Winks Ndidi KDH Albrighton Iheanacho Mavididi Sub off Vestergaard, Ndidi, KDH, Albrighton and Iheanacho so we can say goodbye I hope I’m wrong but don’t think we’ll seen any of them in a Leicester shirt again after Saturday
  12. Let’s get this title won tomorrow. Full strength team. Would love it we could then play those that are leaving in the summer to give them a send off.
  13. Thought he was booked tbf. We will need to be more streetwise next season. Been too nice at times this season.
  14. Goalkeepers - we’re good (Ward out of contract in 12 months time so revisit then) Defenders - I’d let Vestergaard go, as good as he’s been he’ll struggle in the PL and financially it’s not prudent given his age. Enzo doesn’t rate Souttar so if we’re not playing we should sell. Thomas and Kristensen don’t fit the system so they can be sold too. I’d keep Coady around and would pair Faes with a new signing. He can be a bombscare but next to a pacey calm defender I think he’d be ok. JJ, Ricardo are good enough and Hamza should be kept as a utility. Doyle is an interesting one - depends on how much Man City want. Decent player but could potentially find better value elsewhere. Essentially we need a starting CB and LB (moving into a 3). Midfield - Winks will be important next year and seems like Sensi will sign when contract expires. Praet will leave and won’t think Akgun will be signed. KDH appears most sellable asset so wouldn’t be surprised to see him go. Would retain Wilf if terms are favourable but due to injury history I wouldn’t be too disappointed to see him move on. Would like to see Jordan James/Hayden Hackney and O’Hare signed. Imagine we’ll go back in for Mcatee too. Braybrooke to stay with us and play a part. Soumare intrigues me - really think Enzo could make a player of him. If he impresses in pre-season he could play a big part. Winger - sign Fatawu!! Would need another signing (probably on loan) to compete with him and Stephy. Seem to recall Man City signing someone who joins them this summer - worth a punt. Alves to be wildcard option. Striker - new starting number 9. Vardy to resign and Cannon to support. Let Kel go and move Daka on. Lots of work to do. Let’s hope Glover is already on the case.
  15. I’d rather it be tonight, can enjoy the last two games with the title still to play for. If Leeds and Ipswich win over the weekend and we lose Monday night coupled with results going against Blackburn…. I’m not sure I’d cope!
  16. Mads JJ Coady Vestergaard Choudhury Winks KDH Ricardo Fatawu Vardy Mavididi Back 4 selected to allow JJ to deal with Adam Armstrong and Choudhury to invert which should help look after Brooks who likes to come inside. HC deserves to play after West Brom performance. Would prefer Ricardo in there with Wilf to come on from bench. Strong bench with Faes, Doyle, Praet, Yunus Mcateer and Cannon available
  17. With potential injuries it gives us the opportunity for a system change Mads JJ Coady Vestergaard Doyle Winks Ndidi Fatawu Iheanacho Mavididi Cannon Praet, Yunus, Alves and Mcateer from the bench
  18. The rest will benefit us. He should have used squad better over the last week but his reluctance to has added to fatigue. I hope everyone has sat down together today and talked about this opportunity that has presented itself. Two wins against baggies and saints would be massive - we would nearly be there. We should be almost resigned to playoffs but a run of 4 performances of old will get us there. Team wise, I would like to see Coady for Faes, Doyle for JJ, Praet for Ndidi and Daka replaced by any of the other 3. In these next 2 games especially use of the bench is vital so whoever starts has to understand the bigger picture. Enzo has 4 games to prove his worth. Really hope he is more decisive and gambles when/if needed.
  19. Chop him now and get Cooper in for Monday morning - more chance of going up that way. Worst case, we would have a competent manager with a spine of Coady, Souttar, Winks and Cannon to start again.
  20. Jazzy_Jeff

    Daka

I had been defending Patson till now but that performance can’t be defended. Was poor from minute 1. Need to take him out of the firing line, Kel/Cannon to start with Vardy on for impact
  21. Teams have figured us out. Need to change it up: Mads JJ Coady Vestergaard Doyle Winks Ricardo KDH Fatawu Cannon/Kel Mavididi
  22. This is all on Enzo. Should have taken Wilf and Daka off at h/t with further changes if required as game developed Sickening to constantly see a glum looking Cannon on the bench behind a manager with no intention to ever use him. Why no Akgun, Albrighton etc. Poundland Pep just won’t accept this “his way” isn’t working. We are so easy to play against it’s embarrassing. If we’re serious about going up this season he needs to have a long hard look at himself and bury his pride before he buries us.
  23. I’ll hold my hands up and say in was “Brendan out” too late. I thought back then that there was no better alternative and the easiest thing was to persist. Whatever happens in the next 4-7 games, I’m now convinced Enzo’s not got what it takes. Looks a good coach, but his inability to motivate pre-match, make decisions during the match and respond post-match will hold him back as a manager. He’s stubborn, arrogant and has lost the players. I wouldn’t be against someone else taking the last 4 games but realistically he’ll be gone in the summer whatever happens and we’ll be back to square one.
  24. I really hope our performance on Tuesday coupled with the Leeds & Ipswich results have given the players the kick up the backside they needed. We need to win a maximum of 4 out of the remaining 5 games and we’re up - surely this group of players can put 5 performances together?! All of the games are very winnable
  25. His style of football only works with elite players. Man City can do it because even if opposition are making it difficult De Bruyne, Silva, Foden, Haaland etc will do something out of the ordinary. We don’t have that and as soon as teams figured out how we play (and our reluctance to change) we’ve become very easy to play against. Even though we’re top, I can’t recall the last game we won comfortably
