History has shown us things can change so quickly in a season or two with a poor window of recruitment or a poor manager appointment

They are a good example of why teams outside the big 6 and Villa / Newcastle really need to take their opportunities when they are on it, especially in the cups and you don't know when they'll come around again. Always found it astonishing the season we won the FA Cup that some posters on here would have preferred us finishing 4th. Brighton have one european campaign to show for their success.
