Cant fault Gabriel for stepping up. If there were more than 5 volunteers thats on Arteta since you cant force a player to take one since they'd probably miss. If there were fewer than 5 volunteers thats on the other players. Always thought this about the players who miss in penalty shoot outs, they deserved less grief than those who didnt step up at all

Was said this to a mate yesterday. They were all over Chelsea but the breakaway Parker goal at Highbury meant Arsenal needed 3 goals due to the away goals rule at the time. That team would have had the better of Monaco in the semis and Mourinho's Porto in the final

Gabriel's penalty was obviously high but it was hardly Jaap Stam or Roberto Baggio levels of skied

Their squad didnt look much better in 2022 to be fair

To be fair that would have been some goal

Could we get actually get relegated again this season?
Nalis replied to Bevan's topic in Leicester City Forum
I thought this thread was about next season until I saw the date of the thread. I dont think we'll go down this season but the odds are probably shorter now for relegation to League 2 than they were this time last year for relegation to League 1, so it is possible. -
They are making it feel very Liverpool 'this means more' . They rightly celebrated the title winning but to claim it was any sort of 'us against it all' win is either delusion or stupidity

The regime fvcked any chance of a sustainable legacy after winning the league so its no surprise at all the regime fvcked over any possibility of this being a success. A 10 year anniversary is also the last chance of a relevant successful nostalgia hit, any future attempts get less and less relevant and a bit Forest.

Enjoy it. You will have other fans questioning the struggles of balancing the league with europe but honesty, what is the fvcking point of football is you cant enjoy the ride? Even if you do get relegated next season (you won't be anywhere near it) so fvcking what, you enjoyed europe and dont let the whingers tell you otherwise

Como are basically the Seria A Wrexham Potrayed as a fairytale when in reality they've been heavily bankrolled

Ulster pumped by Montepellier in the challenge cup final the latter were too good overall and very clinical. Leinster Bordeaux in the champions Cup final on Saturday, live on ITV4 tomorrow at 2.45pm

Money doesnt guarantee success, so many examples of clubs spending big and failing which is why I don’t buy the argument Pep is only good because he has been at teams with money
