    I’m sure it’s been mentioned already but I’m almost certain Vardy would’ve stayed but the club weren’t in a position to offer him a contract and they’ve made some sort of deal to make out that it’s Vardy’s choice.

    Regardless of league position they’ve still spent a hell of a lot more and almost certainly have a higher wage bill than ourselves.

    Me too. Like Ricey said -6 in the championship isn’t a great deal. Still got the potential to easily claw the points back and have a good season.

    I don’t think so. They’ve got until our shares as a premier league club are transferred over which isn’t a relatively long time and we all know these hearings don’t get sorted quickly. The governing bodies want to hit us and hurt us. The only way they can do that is with a points deduction starting next season.

    I wonder if they’ll try and argue that the ruling was changed after we’d completed 23/24.

    There’s no chance of us being docked for this season. They’ll make sure it’s after the season is done and get us at the start of next.
