Arsenal tracking Salford teenager Wright Latest from Sky Sports News' Lyall Thomas: Arsenal are tracking Salford starlet Will Wright's progress after he broke into the League Twoside's first team at just 16 years old. He is among a number of young players their academy recruitment staff are looking at ahead of the summer, having scored more than 40 goals for Salford’s youth team. Leicester and Birmingham City are also watching his situation. Wright made his debut in the Carabao Cup in December when he came on as a sub against Man City in the FA Cup and has made two league appearances. He has been on the bench for the last two games against Bromley and Barrow and is considered one of the best prospects at Salford.

People can talk about him trying to change the mindset of the team blah blah blah but there is absolutely no point in him bothering until he figures out the tactical side properly and has us even manage to score a goal What player would want to be on his side or want to actually play for him when you see how shite the tactical side of his manager ability is (the most important part)

I find it very hard to put my faith in Ruud’s actions regarding the attitudes of our players whilst he continues to start every game with likes of Faes - who has come out saying he wants to leave in the summer and always blames everyone else when he does something wrong Soumare - who for 99.9% of the time puts in the same effort on the pitch as a hungover fat bloke in sunday league (genuinely all he needs to do is throw up on the side of the pitch every so often and it would be no different) Imagine having those kind of people in your team at your work and your manager being accepting of it and persisting with them and then they start criticising you for something which most sane people would see why you are doing it and have no issue with it (or would at least be reasonable with it rather than booting you off the team)
