Surprisingly the only team that have actually have gone for him are one of the few teams worse than us this season so far

We are now more restricted with who we can target - we can't just go looking for another Bristric-esque European unknown punt signing We probably haven't got the kind of money to spend on a player who wouldn't require an ESC place and would be all good for a usual work permit If you want someone who is a bit more proven at this level then your options are Pepple (who has interest from Championship) or Wareham (who strangely has barely any interest so obviously something going on there) Decent scorers at lower levels? Pretty much all of them are similar to Riis's age or actually older - and in my opinion you don't want to have two young very unproven strikers at your club when you are desperate for promotion

He is actually a 1 goal in every 3 games striker IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP - I think it is reasonable to think he would do better than that when dropping a level and would probably be one of the best strikers in the league It isn't like he is just off the back of a couple of seasons where he did absolutely nothing either - 21 goals and 4 assists in the last 2 full seasons Genuinely who do people want us to sign?

I still expect he will spend that 4/5 years playing higher than we are, and then sold to a club higher than we are
