I’m sat at work a little bored, and my mind has wandered to LCFC themed beer. Not LCFC themed beer that you may have seen or had - like Youri’s Thunderbastard - but if you brewed some beer and had to give it an LCFC related name, what would you call it? Also what would the sign on the pump be? Obviously this sort of thing lends itself to humour… I’ll kick off, I’d go for a pleasant 3.8% golden session ale called ‘Philpott’s Tackle’. Here is the beer pump:

Yes I suppose it’s all relative, and hard to use any stick to beat us with this season… and we are significantly better at everything - including defending set pieces - when compared to last season. You’ve got me thinking whether it’s even a problem now!

As a fan base they have a lot of absolute scum. I’ve been chased out of pubs around London Bridge, had people gesture to cut my throat on the tube going to the game. I’m sure we’ve got wrongens as well, but these lot seem to be on a different level. I’ve not been to Millwall for a while, but they used to have a good hundred or so ‘fans’ sat in the corner of the stands solely there to abuse away fans - and not actually watch the game.

I’d be interested to see Enzo manage him as well. Can’t have been easy coming in at the start of the decline under Bodgers.

One of the many impressive things about him is that he’s not in the game, and then all of a sudden he comes alive and carved out a chance or gets on the end of something. Sign of a natural goalscorer I think. Puzzling that Everton let him go, as they’ve got some right shite up front. But maybe they needed to sell for FFP reasons?
