If she has serious issues then an announcement early on Wednesday that the chancellor was unwell and would be off for a few days would have possibly done the job - but we don’t know that her problems didn’t accelerate late morning Wednesday ?? All conjecture but you don’t get to the level she has in politics and look like that without it being something outside of her role being responsible.
