They aren’t charged with anything in those two seasons infact, they are probably charged for misdemeanours in 15/16. Maybe we should appeal against us winning the league on the basis that Man City were cheating 😄 In the first of the two seasons you refer to, the club were guilty of accepting the uefa sanction and not thinking that CAS could overturn it.
