  1. Very few players sign contracts less than five years. Tielemans was one .
  2. We have to do that on the basis that Bologna are contractually entitled to buy him in June can’t assume it won’t happen, irrespective of the noises
  3. Would assume that he has one decent contract left in him so would want 3 years min as a free agent he would expect a s/o fee approx £4m that can be spread across the three years but amounts to £25k/week he wouldn’t settle for less than 50k/week basic so that a 3 year deal at £75k/week for him to stay (no transfer fee to handle though) if you think he has something to offer for three years then it’s fine. I would have thought there were younger options out there with resale value. If he stays then does coady too?
  4. Years of experience mate It’s conditioining as an Lcfc supporter you're right
  5. Go on then - answer ! (How do the dinosaurs hold the loudhailers? Im not sure you’ve thought this through )
  6. So if Bologna won’t pay the price then he hopefully shines in the euros and we can get our money back
  7. Will he get into the danish euro squad ?
  8. Appreciate that nothing illegal happened (according to reports I’ve seen) Given that we don’t have a standard of politicians that we need (on many levels ), will events like this assist in bringing better ones in ??
  9. To take it back to the other posts from yesterday- bit like arsenal in 15/16 …..
  10. I asked the question without context I got answers with context Having laws with context is often tricky because it creates grey areas having laws without context is cleaner but then doesn’t provide for context 😄
  11. Maybe would be more straightforward to ask if anyone thinks it is ok
  12. Straw poll on whether it’s acceptable for mp’s to have their homes protested at ????
  13. I think winks passed the ball after a the whistle was blown. It wasn’t his free kick offence. Having said that, he had pulled a shirt first few mins and also made a sliding tackle foul in the second half so wasn’t surprised that he wasn’t given any rope
  14. I always use my finger knuckle rather than finger tip woukd be healthier not to go in at all 😄
  15. Looked like he was trying to do his back heel finish to me (think Germany )
  16. There’s more chance of you playing centre forward on Saturday (I do realise you were being ironic)
  17. Whether or not it should be, I believe they have input with on field decisions - they’re all in comms together. Could be that the 4th official has way more of an influence than some of us realise As others have said, he was out of his depth. He could be a decent official in the future but he’s not ready
  18. Praet should have made this safe now we run the risk of them nicking one
  19. I assume he means the squad this evening
  20. 2-2
  21. We were dreadful at their place
  22. Remember how we used to struggle against any team that played a low block against us at home ? the way we now play means that we don’t just play side to side across the back thirty yards from our goal and then back from the full backs into the centre backs to do the same. That does nothing to upset the opposition low block we move the ball around up and down - that moves the opposition around, we work it back to mads - that draws them forwards a bit and the theory is to make the pitch big which creates spaces for two on ones to bear fruit. Yes it’s often a struggle to watch - but you can see that it’s part of a plan. if we go up then next season will be a lot more interesting as opponents won’t have that respect for us and could be quite a ride!
  23. I don’t see it happening for some time and probably not at all - if we are done and dusted with a few games to spare then he may try some formations but I’d think more likely he tries players in his favoured set up to see if they can adapt to different positions (think wilf as an 8) rather than playing two strikers as you’d expect. Infact, I’d think more likely to see him experiment with untried formations like 4-1-3-2 where the full back inverts to make the 3 into a 4 and other new fangled set ups rather than standard two up top. He’s a thinker
