I think it’s quite a personal thing my hay fever is nothing like as bad as it used to be but if I dont take an AH and I’m near grass/trees then I suffer But if I’ve had for three days running and I miss day 4 then I’ll probably be ok. I also noticed a decade or so back that some years certrizene was more effective and some years loretadine. Like I say - very personal (my 5 kids says that the fertility thing may be a bit more complex than a+b=c )

presumably the club want to be able to make more positive announcements of academy players signing deals - so they make it look like they’re waiting for a few to sign. were treated like we’re stoopid and a large chunk of the fanbase lap it all up

we are an attractive target given our infrastructure anyone with finances and ambition, looking to buy a club with a view to having a PL club in five years time would see us as a good target. The problem being the price that king power would demand. (Too high) from what we read, there is no word of a takeover - seems to be about investment for some equity so looks like king power stay in control for now. of course if we don’t bounce back next season then that could well change the calculations by KP

many teams playing in London stay an hour away from the stadium given London traffic the benefits of being at seagrave are strong why do you think that occupancy at a five star hotel in that area would be low ? Golf course on site - how many top quality hotels are there. I still think that 30m valuation for seagrave is decent security. The stadium must be able to be demolished and be built upon? Alternatively the tigers could sell welford road and buy the stadium.

I don’t think the family are prepared to put any more of their wealth into the club (in any significant manner) an Asian investor would want something concrete for a minority stake - there is no kudos in having some ownership of Lcfc and we are so far from recovering a solid PL status that an investment looks totally unattractive. Assume the importance of bouncing straight back has been made and losing 12 points via administration (and possibly more via existing breaches) means that administration would make the club totally uninvestable given that some debts still have to be settled. Admin could see the club go completely ???

The training ground must have a value circa £30m. you could make it into a 5 star hotel and also have all clubs playing at forest and villa (and some at derby) staying there with those facilities. the stadium is surely worth a similar figure. so you could invest £60m cash with those assets as security or straight take ownership of them if you wanted to force a deal where you took some equity in addition to the assets. .

If there’s anything in this then my guess would be that king power cannot finance season 2 if we don’t bounce back. And even then, no para payment in the championship will be unworkable with our overheads. so the club may be looking for investment and a local consortium would be more likely to be relaxed on controlling ownership. Hence they take the stadium and training ground as security against their investment. if it happens then it’s possibly just trying to put more fingers in the holes as they appear in the dyke. papering over the cracks rather than fundamentally changing anything.

It’s reason numero uno and dos etc and no coach has the gravitas to do anything about it because the DNA of the club (from the top) is that fitness isn’t so important when you’re technically better than your opponent.
