  1. Eduard is Cup tighed I believe.
  2. I feel exactly the same, I can't stand Southgate who I feel is another chancer and overrated.
  3. It's a matter of getting the players focused. To do that you have to get into their heads a little while talking up or down the opposition depending on what suits the occasion. You have to build it as a big game, Otherwise players treat it as just another game and you get a lacklustre performance. Which is the way we've started all games so far.
  4. And that's been a problem since Cooper arrived, Players not prepared to start the game in the right frame of mind. As a Manager it's your job to switch them on to the game and pump them up. O'neill, Pearson, Ranieri were all good at getting the right attitude into the players for games.
  5. It sounds like he trying to justify leaving Ricky out now , Claiming it doesn't matter much who plays RB as they all as good as each other. Well, we know differently, Ricky is the standout RB at the Club.
  6. So only about 25% on here know anything about Football.
  7. There's only a couple of reasons why we're not bottom of the league and Cooper gets no credit for any of them. 1. The brilliance of Hermansen in Goal. 2. The Goals from Vardy. 3. The brilliance and Goals from Mavadidi on the Wing. Without those we'd be adrift and bottom of the league.
  8. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for that to happen. There's something we're not being told unless Cooper is really that stupid and thinks Ricardo is our worst defender.
  9. We should sue the Var officials for our 2 points back. Probably never get them but it would create such a stink that they'd know not to mess with the Foxes.
  10. The kid struggled in the first half but never shirked or hid away, He kept trying and thats the first sign of a decent player. He was caught in possession to often due to the pace of the league, But I'm sure he'll improve as he develops a little more. First half we struggled big time and Cooper should have replaced him at half time for Skipp who would have brought some energy to the Team. I wouldn't write him off though.
  11. It shouldn't be surprising when they've been Coached by Enzo, one of the greatest coaches ever to now work with Cooper, Who tells the players go and work it out for yourselves. Simply no good enough.
  12. And only brought Mav on in desperation against Fulham, Who has now scored twice to get us points.
  13. I genuinely thought we signed Ajew as back up in the squad not as a player at the expence of Fats on the wing. On his best day he's never going to give us what Fats does both attacking and defending. Fats could have helped jj prevent that goal. Other than the chance he missed he offered very little and that's in all 3 games he's played. How could any manager think he's better than Fats on the Wing. Baffling.
  14. Enzo is a Top Coach and Manager who I new we were going to miss sadly, and so it's proved.
  15. He's clearly out of his depth. There was so much wrong with that team selection again and the performance that is very hard to have any sympathy for him as it's all self inflicted. How he allowed it to continue from the sideline just shows he's in over his head. He has no business claiming anything from that game when the players dug him out of a Hole. Then he had the adacity to take off the two most influential players we had playing who were trying to get us back into the game, Thats Mav and NDiddi. He should have brought Fats on for Ayew at half time also.
  16. I've always seen him more as a Poacher that a Striker or a Target man. He's not big enough or strong enough to be a physical target man and not mobile enough as a striker. He does take up good positions in the box but needs a supply. I think Stoke just need to find out how to get the best out of him. Which may take a while, but I expect him to come good.
  17. This is why Fats should play on the right to help jj out. Stop McNeill and you pretty much nulify them.
  18. I know a few others have answered your question also. Because it's the right thing to do I believe, If you have the seats you will draw more people to come. But also if there are a lot of empty Seats then the Club are clearly doing something wrong. One of the big problems is the Clubs wait to close to match day to announce general sale tickets. Which means a lot of Fans who live further away or overseas Fans who would like to attend a few games a season cant go because Flights etc are too high at sort notice. They should sell General sale tickets at least in pairs, as a lot of Fans would like to bring there wife, partner or Children. Really though the ground should never be empty. The Club should be going around schools and colleges giving out cheap or free tickets to encourage them to become future Fans. It would take a little planning but could be done successfully.
  19. I was coming on here expecting to hear he hit a Hatrick tonight and many Fans calling for his early recall from his Loan.
  20. I'd prefer to see us play with our two proper Wingers. Mav and Fats. Both offer a lot more in a need to win game. Fats can assist JJ in defence while Mav can hold the Ball up better than VK bringing others into the game. While also spreading there defence thin across the back. I expect to see Edourd replace Vardy up top at some point in the second half. It will be tight but I feel we can win this if the players keep the mommentum up against an Everton team clearly down on confidence.
  21. It seems like we're prepared to build and secure infrastructure financial Assets in the short term, at the expence of improving the quality of the squad.
  22. Hopefully it's for the Stadium development as that would make sense.
  23. Not a good sign looking forward if we're borrowing for day to day stuff.
  24. Yes I remember playing in such games. I remember a league match at under 10s, It was a tight game 1-1 and the other team scored a winner. When the Keeper was asked why he didn't try to save it. He said I was looking at the Helicopter passing over and forgot about the game. This was another incident that happened the same season.MThe referee called a drop ball. He had the Whistle in his mouth and when he blew and dropped the ball our player lashed at it as it dropped and hit the referee striaght in the face. He lost his 4 front Teeth that day. The things you remember from years ago.
  25. Souness was a good player as well as dirty, but I guess that's somewhat true of all players as individuals, I think the reference was to how to play with the ball at your feet as opposed to how you play within the team structure. Otherwise it would end up like a kids game with everyone chasing the Ball all over the pitch. But yes Football seemed so much less complicated and easier back in the old days.
