While it may make sense to loan out Cannon. We're not going to be challenging for anything so we might as well keep him here and let him find his level in the premiership. Personally I think he would do brilliantly playing of a big No 9. In the Tony Cottee mould. But we'll have to wait and see what Enzo thinks.

Chelsea is a bit of a Basket case currently. With an Owner who thinks he's a Manager. I doubt any Manager with ability would take a job working under a committee who picks the players for him.
-
I expect him to be off shortly. If Enzo didn't play him in the championship he's unlikely to play in the him the Premiership. A young strong quick left sided CB is what we need to give us a chance to survive in the Premiership.
-
Yes,As that way it doesn't affect FFP.
-
He's cheap to keep around and can step into a few positions if needed and knows where the goal is. Another year with us could at least double his current value.
-
No , He's to London for me. He'd never survive in little old Leicester.
-
I didn't know that. But Rooney is terrible at managing. Even more reason to give Rosenior a chance if Enzo goes. And he wouldn't be too expensive.
-
If we're looking for a cheap option I'd go for Rosenior. Lacks experience but so did McKenna when Ipswich appointed him . Rosenior has done a great job at Hull. He wouldn't be expensive either. Moyes although he has the experience, He has a different style of play to what we're currently following. Do we really want to change again so soon.

It wouldn't be the worst signing we could make. Proven at this level. Pin point crosses with someone to attack them. Bring him back on a Pay as you play and maybe a Coaching job with the juniors.

Claudio Ranieri retires from football management

Are we sure he wasn't Irish because he could talk like the Fairies. He's was a natural leader of Men. He let the players get on with it and just encouraged and cadjoled them when it wasn't quite working. The greatest compliment I can pay him is he was intelligent enough to leave what Pearson left him alone. He was never bigger than the players and they respected him for it. Your legacy will live on forever and thank you for the great memories. Enjoy your retirement. x -

A handy one to start with a Win and give the team a bit of early confidence. Ipswich away. -
That's not a Dream That was a nightmare you were having. Though Vardy would be great in a remake of Steptoe and Son. Playing the part of the Father.

Tiliemans in the Cup Final was a bit Special.

It's in Football insider247.com Today Everton have identified a “ready-made” replacement for Jarrad Branthwaite ahead of the summer transfer window, sources have told Football Insider. Branthwaite, 21, is the subject of strong interest from Premier League clubs ahead of the off-season. But Football Insider revealed on Monday (11 March) that Everton are very keen on 23-year-old Hull City defender Jacob Greaves. The 23-year-old has impressed for the Tigers in the Championship this season and has helped them become contenders to seal a playoff place. It is believed that Everton chiefs feel Greaves is a natural replacement for Branthwaite in the heart of the Goodison Park defence. Hull City star Greaves is ‘ready-made’ Branthwaite replacement at Everton Tottenham have also been linked with the Hull star, but sources say their interest is nowhere near as strong following the January signing of Radu Dragusin from Genoa. A well-placed source has told Football Insider that a move to the top flight is likely for Greaves if Hull aren’t promoted this season – but Everton will need to remain in the division to seal a move. The defender – who is under contract until June 2026 – has made 36 appearances in the Championship this term, notching two goals and four assists. Join the Football

I hope he does and gets back to his best. I've seen some very good young players fall by the wayside from all kind of Social problems.
-
I read it this Morning,It might have been the Mirror.
-
Their going to get big Money for that young CB they have I expect.
-
Honestly, I don't know the lad, but I've handled hundreds of young players over the years, And in my experience it's very often something outside of football that's going on which causes a drop-off in Form. I hope I'm wrong and he gets back to playing because the longer he's out the harder it becomes to get back.
-
He's still learning but he could have huge upside. He's already the top Championship GK. Top players from the Championship tend to go for 20to 30 million. Goalkeeping is such a specialist position he could command more. He's already proved he's right up todate for the modern game. If he stays and has another good season who knows but we could be talking 70 million to get him from us.
-
I'm not sure but given his performances after Ward wouldn't you be looking for an increase on your salary. Top up are not uncommon without changing the rest of the Contract.
-
Exactly, We all know we're more than generous when it comes to Salaries.
-
How quickly things change in Football. 2 year's ago he had one of the league's top scorer in his pocket. Now he's considered worthless. Again it doesn't reflect well on the Clubs player support personnel. Or there's something we're not been told about.
-
Iversen probably got a big Salary increase after his performances under Rogers which now makes him out of the reach of a lot of championship clubs. Surly he's worth 3 million even as a Premiership back up. Or a number 1 overseas.
-
Newcastle comes to mind as they've conceded some soft goals. Man City and Liverpool aside I could see any of the rest considering Mads. Given his age etc, He could command 40mil. Which might allow us to keep KDH next Season. I guess only Enzo knows what he wants for next season.
-
I wouldn't say we're looking to sell him as I feel he still has a lot of upside like KDH. As an Academy player it would be all profit so if the price were right he might be sold. He's also cheap to have around. someone the Manager likes and knows the Club. so anything is possible.
