The one thing I hate more than anything about running...take 3 weeks off and its almost back to square one. The fitness drop off from pretty much the moment you stop is so noticeable its almost unreal. Then its irritating as **** trying desperately to get back to where you were even though its literally been a matter of weeks. I've been a fat **** since the heat started, lost a lot of motivation but I'm also down for the October half so really need to get back on it. Knowing I'm starting from such a low baseline again is putting me off.

Yeah agree with this. The perceived notion is Rohl hasn't done anything spectacular or set the world alight but given the hand he was dealt he's done a good job and the football isn't half bad. I was never a Dyche fan but when you consider what Moyes did with the same squad it tells me he isn't all he's cracked up to be. Set in his ways and for too one track minded for my liking.

I think whoever we get there isn't going to be a general consensus from the fan base that its a 'great appointment'. I'm not in the 'Rohl is amazing' camp by any means - my judgement is more on the fact that I'm much further away from the Dyche camp. Trouble is, beggars really can't be choosers at this point.

I'm feeling wholeheartedly disconnected from the club at the minute. That will of course no doubt change come kick-off, but as an appointment I'm OK with it, I think its the best of the available options to us.

And for those saying why would you leave a shitshow like Sheff Wed for another Shit Show like us - i think todays news tells you we are still worlds apart on the shitshow stakes. The KP deal is good timing too.

I don't know how, having seen the turnaround at Everton after his exit and seen his refusal to use youth (when in the coming season we will have some promising youth talent to utilise or some absolutely abysmal senior players) anybody can vote pro to be honest.
