Im currently giving it a go, for the third time. Previously my Initial ideas felt great but the process of fleshing them out into a fully fledged book is ridiculously hard. I think I might have the right story this time. Anyone else done it? Anybody feel like they've got a book in them that they may get round to writing?

Yeah I use gels every half hour (type 1 diabetic, so can't really go without). I just seem to be devoid of energy from the off this month with no real explanation! I always have music on but Podcast might be a better way to distract me. I'll give it a go!

Only managed 9k this morning I dont know what's going wrong with me but 3 Sundays on the bounce last month I ran decent times for 15k, 16k and 15k and felt fairly fresh. This month I feel like my legs are dead. Not a good sign for the Leicester Half which has been my main focus considering I spent the first half of the year mainly injured.

Wouldn't say I've laid into him have I? I just said he might be pony. He's been hypes beyond belief for literally years now, hyped way before anyone even mentioned Monga and Monga is making an impact at 16. Not laid into him at all. Like I said, hope he proves me wrong.

He's been given enough minutes to make an impact. He hasn't made an impact. There must be a reason managers don't seem to fancy him. I really, really, really hope he can prove me wrong, I really do.
