3c out this morning. Took another 40 seconds off my time. God I love cool weather running.

Was forced to have a pint of Coors light in some dump whilst I was away (Lloyds style place) over the weekend. I knew walking in there I could be risking my life, then he started pouring my pint out of one of those coke/soda guns. Christ, it was bad. Felt horrific 30 minutes later.

I'm no 'runner' but I do run. My usual morning run is a 3.3km route (due to time constraints with work and me not wanting to get up at 4am). I've just had 4 days away doing a City Break, eating and drinking myself half to death (though I did do a LOT of walking). Somehow shaved a minute off my time this morning. What's that all about?!

I don't know why a certain few get so butt-hurt about the criticism Rudkin gets. The response if always the same 'you can't criticise him because you have no idea whether he was responsible for that or not', therefore by that same token you cant back him or praise him because you also 'have no idea whether he is responsible for that or not'. I find it worrying that nobody seemingly knows what he is responsible for, which is reason alone to question him, his role and the wedge he's picking up.

I catch your drift, but if you're going to go down this route... For fear of simply repeating what's been said many times by many people on here, IF people are to form a rounded, informed opinion on Rudkin it really would help if somebody, anybody could outline what he is and isn't responsible for, ie - give a rundown of his job role. Also, to be boring and this time repeat myself - i have never, ever heard Jon Rudkin speak, about Leiceater City, about his job, about, erm, well anything, anywhere. I see his face on my TV screen EVERY SINGLE GAME, the cameras literally search him out, but I have never, EVER knowingly heard him speak. He is front and centre and yet anonymous. A club run without transparency is by default a badly run club. If he's the face of the club, he has to shoulder that.
