Don't understand this point at all? Maddison has only one year left on his contract and was relegated. So it makes sense that we got what we did for him.

Cannon and Ball were no good. Hoping Cannon and (foot) ball are a better combination.

Oi I have been working on that pun all day
-
Cannon has a powerful shot

Is this some kind of slang I'm not up with?

I used to low key love Iain Hume, thought he was absolute quality, some of the goals he scored were top drawer

I have a mate who still calls him Justin James, and calls Mavididi mavidi it drives me up the wall.

It was more a joke than anything, I'm fairly happy with the signings we've made albeit some are unknown youngsters. It still riles me that Sheff UTD and Luton are in a higher division than us FFS but hey ho probably only for a year.

Losing two big targets to Sheffield United and Southampton and signing a striker Everton don't want what a time to be alive.

Some people don't read every single post in every thread. Less attitude maybe, this ain't hackney geezer.

It's exactly what my point is. The guy is too good for this league and I'd be heavily surprised if he had another season in this league. Therefore if he goes to Leeds, I'd make them favourites because it would be a hell of a coup.
-
That's a great shout. The last former Forest captain and defender we had was half decent.
-
This was always pie in the sky. Players who have a really top season in the championship and get promoted like THD, McAtee wouldn't want to do another season down here. I'm surprised we got Callum Doyle to be honest. It's a shame as he would have been perfect. If Leeds get him then pretty much give them the title.
-
Mavididi won't be dropped. I suspect McAteer would play on the right and Yunus will be eased in like Casadei has been and will start on the bench with Wanya. The only real question marks are if Kelechi or Ndidi will be sold before this game and if they are will they be replaced or not. If they're not sold they will play I'd imagine.

Possibly the biggest collection of nutters outside of Parkhurst.

We won the first 75 matches in the great promotion season of 1812/13

There is no getting away from the fact we've been lucky to win each game. Cov murdered us 2nd half and missed 3 clear chances. Huddersfield missed an open goal, and our goal was a keeping error. Cardiff missed two one on ones before we scored a late winner. On Saturday we were very fortunate to see Rotherhams early goal disallowed, although granted, it's probably the only game out of the 4 we deserved to win and last 20 mins our pressure told. But that opposition have conceded 10 to Stoke in 2 games. Seeing some of Hulls highlights from this season so far they wil cause us problems. There's obvious cause for optimism. We are playing with an actual style and plan and implementing young players, new players, and of course it wil take time. And to win all your games at any level isn't easy. But there's got to be improvement as we can't expect to get away with those missed chances from opposing teams every week, plus the likes of Southampton and Norwich will almost certainly beat us if we don't raise our performance level.

Yeah I agree, thinks he's better than he actually is. Enzo is a caviar coffee at Harrods, Martin is a egg cob outside Home Bargains.

Very very strong team, hopefully have it sewn it up early and rest Winks, Doyle and Mavididi. Excited to see Casadei start and JJ.
-
I think they've sorted things out and are set to stay now, hence why they both played, and scored at the weekend. I even forgot Summerville who is still there. Southampton have lost their best ones, and although they some cash to throw around, I see us and Leeds being stronger.
-
Having seen Cov, they will beat you unless you dramatically improve.
-
Yeah I'd love to be wrong, just think Piroe is a top signing, Gnonto and Sinisterra are too good for this league as probably is that big unit Rutter. Also Ipswich's 1st goal should have been offside and the 3rd goal was in the 98th minute as an afterthought. Leeds went to a highly confident Ipswich and won convincingly, which is slightly ominous.
-
If Leeds get things right they are going to blow the league away unfortunately. Their front four are premier league quality not even including Bamford, and now getting Spence in too. The weekend at Ipswich showed what they are capable of, plus with that crowd behind them each week, they'd be my tip to go up. Farke has won this league twice aswell.

I think he should be knighted for this.

Don't you sack your managers after a certain time win or lose 🤣🤣
