Some let you hire under 25 with no extra charges, some add a "Young Driver" premium on there, and some just say no. I'm in the 25-30 bracket and one place wouldn't let me hire a car because you had to be 30. In short, it's whatever the car hire company feels like going with

What kind of thing were you looking for? Incredible food at any expense? Good grub for the price? A particular type of food? Somewhere good for a date? Any particular area?

I've no idea where they've got that postcode from. This is the proper one - W1W 6XW

My mum swears by a bit of Chomp when it comes to catching mice.

The landlord of this pub is a Leicester fan and they always show Leicester if we're on TV (even if it clashes with other games). You tend to get a lot of Leicester fans heading down there for matches http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/45/4508/Stags_Head/Fitzrovia

Haaaaaahaha, something really tickled me about that last line.

I've just been at an awards ceremony with free alcohol, with our table paid for by an agency we work with. I've found myself drinking sensibly, leaving at half 11, and watching University Challenge on my iPad on the bus home. I'm fully entrenched in that lifestyle

Good Lord I'm becoming MattP.

Walking from St Pancras to KOKO is fine (about 15 minutes), but the Roundhouse is nearer Chalk Farm station, 1 up from Camden Town. Probably about half an hour. There used to be a kebab house called Marathon right near the Roundhouse where, if you bought two cans of beer, you could go through the archway at that back where there was a small room and a smoking area. They had someone in the corner playing saxophone last time I went It was great for after hours drinking. No idea if they still do that though.

I like it because the balconies mean that I can get a great view and but still hang at the back like an old man. I once fell asleep on one of the sofas there during a gig

Definitely walk then You can do it between those two stations in about 25 minutes. If you want to take the tube then I wouldn't both with a zone 2 only railcard. If you work out the cost of PAYG Oyster fares compared to a Zone 2 Travelcard then you only really start saving (one a zone 2 at least) when you have a bus and a tube element. My commute is zone 2 only and I haven't found it worth it.
-
Where will you be living/working? The likelihood is you could get a bus at half the price. Or just do the half hour walk. Going one stop on the tube will be unnecessarily infuriating. Also, get the Citymapper app. It gives you about five options when working out how to get places, unlike TFL which just gives you one. Sometimes TFL recommends a route that has 3 changes and you realise it will take 2 minutes longer to go direct (or something stupid like that). If you have a 16-25 railcard you can attach that to your Oyster card and save a third on off peak tubes. If you don't have a railcard, and don't need a travel card, then you can ever forgo an Oyster altogether and just use your contactless debit/credit card. That's what I do.

There was one sitting next to me on the coach slurping cold soup from a carton and browsing a Man Utd ticket swap Facebook page. Right odd 'un. I refused to speak to him after the soup incodent

They have to communicate it to you by law and, since the beginning if this year, they have to include the fact that if you're in contract you can leave within 30 days penalty free. Keep an eye out for them communications because if you're not happy it's the easiest way to get out.

Tasty but STEEP.

Go to Lido for a bite to eat. Go to New Yorker and buy ridiculous colourful trainers. Drink in many weird and wonderful places. Don't watch Leicester play in the Bombardier pub because Chris Weale will let a late Paul McKenna shot under his body and we will lose 3-2. These are my experiences of Riga.

Woah woah woah, why did nobody tell me about this stuff before????

Could be worse, my nearest ground is Arsenal

I've started getting them coming to my door in the evening now. Once I was at work and my girlfriend was cooking some food and the guy told her "don't worry, I can come in the kitchen while you cook". Errr, no you can't random man from the street.
