I've found that cycling any kind of distance in normal shorts leads to very cold particulars. Wind finds a way to get anywhere. God bless tight tight Lycra. If it's not too late PM me and I might be able to help. Just ask Finners.

IT'S OFFICIAL - Wales Are Better Than England

Does anyone really like Wales? All it really does is rain. And there's too many hills. And they talk funny. They should probably just sack off the football team and have their best players play for England, like in the cricket. -
I was wondering where this willy puller thing had come from It all makes sense now. willy puller

It was Paul McInnes who was on probably most last season after Barry Glendenning, you need to listen a bit more regularly He mentioned about going on the Leicester Mercury website and reading that there had been a lot of tinkering. I'm not sure it was really that derogatory - if I remember right they mentioned that the we seem to be getting a lot of flak for Ranieri rather than our squad, which was probably unfair. I went to the Football Weekly Live event in London and the only person that thought we'd get relegated was Rafa Honigstein. Barry Glendenning, Paul McInnes and Greg Bakowski thought we'd stay up. Then it was Ian McCourt who mentioned that Cambiasso is a loss based on his performances and drive last night which isn't untrue. I'll agree on the signings bit though

If your card does get nicked and someone uses it to buy stuff (there's a limit of £20-30 for a contactless transaction) then the bank will cover it all. From their point of view, contactless will make payment by card easier, make people use it more, and the benefits of that far outweigh the odd occasion when they have to refund someone.

I had my iPhone snatched out my hands a couple of years ago when I was drunkenly walking home and texting. I got in touch with the Police and, to be fair to them, they sent someone round who took the details. He did say to me though "they've probably already sold it on by now" when he arrived He went and tried to see if there was anything on CCTV but the camera was pointing the other way My description of "it was a kid wearing a hoody on a bike" didn't really narrow things down...

Exchanged on a house yesterday. Moving out of London to Hertfordshire. Ever so slightly closer to the KP...

I had a meeting in Manchester on Thursday so had a nice hour stroll to Euston station and got away from the mess Only in an ironic way so far. When it's picked up by estate agents is when we all need to start worrying.

Plus the islands are spread out across a large area and have their own identities so it's hard to get 11 players together to regularly train.

Up Pohnpei is an amusing enough read about a guy who went out to Pohnpei to try and form/coach their national team to glory.

There is a $1 coin. At one point they were still minting them even though nobody uses them Not sure what the situation is now though. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-10783019

Have you tried taking it to a council MOT place? They don't do repairs so they won't unnecessarily fail you. My mate had an ancient Renault 5, failed an MOT and got quoted about £1k worth of repairs. Took it to a council place and it was a couple of hundred. You'll have to pay a retest fee once you've got the repairs done elsewhere but could save you money overall. http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/cheap-mot#localcouncil

I used to be a binman in my summers back from Uni. That was great.

I respect a man who does it on the loo. Don't be afraid to stand out.

I've used it twice and found it great. Because you're paying it back before tax you not only get an interest free loan, you also save money. You can get a voucher up to £1000, and can use it for safety accessories as well as the bike. Get things like helmet, waterproofs, lights, locks etc. on it too. You save about 30% if you're a basic rate tax payer or 40% if you're higher rate. There are different rules though if you already have some kind of company vehicle (I don't think the tax benefits are as good). The only weird thing is that, technically, you don't own your bike after 12 months. Option one is to pay a one off sum (18% if your voucher was less than £500, or 25% if it was £500 or more) and own it outright. Option two is to keep riding it for free, but accept that it's still owned by whoever you bought it from (Evans Cycles in the case of our scheme) and you're effectively leasing it for free. After 5 years (from the original voucher issue date) it gets transferred over to you properly for free. I think this bit is just to stop you selling it after 12 months and making a profit Vicki Vixen's link explains this much better.

Get a deed pollA deed poll is a legal document that proves a change of name. You can change any part, add or remove names and hyphens, or change spelling. It doesn’t cost anything to make your own deed poll. Specialist agencies and solicitors may charge a fee to do it for you. https://www.gov.uk/change-name-deed-poll/overview

Hope everything goes okay MPH! When I did my first one they mentioned something about possible reactions to the blood thinning stuff they have to use which affects some people. I'd be lying if I said I could remember much more than that though. I've got my next appointment booked for a month's time. Time to get back on the horse.
